Beautiful apartment house "Family", 3 storeys, built in 2008, surrounded by trees. In the resort, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. In the house: lift, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 300 m, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, tennis 600 m. Check-in and check-out are fully automatic. There is no person responsible for the keys on site - the keys are collected from the locker and the keys should be left in this locker when leaving the apartment.
2-room apartment 57 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious, beautiful and modern furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2. View of the resort. Das Einchecken

Leider, war die Beschreibung für das Einchecken nicht aussagekräftig. Wenn nicht Bewohner uns in die Anlage und in den Aufgang gelassen hätten, wären wir nicht an den Schlüsselsafe gelangt. Die Bedienung des Eingangtores hat sich uns bis zum Ende nicht erschlossen. Leider !!!!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden was wir im Urlaub benötigen. Etwas befremdlich war, dass weder auf unsere E-Mails, noch auf unsere Anrufe eine Reaktion erfolgte. Der Empfang nur über div. Codes war zwar ungewohnt, hat aber geklappt. Eine Einweisung für den Fernseher wäre schön gewesen. Die Schiebetür in der Diele klemmt und im Wohnzimmer hing eine Steckdose - die wir aber nicht benötigten - aus der Wand. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten war alles gut.

Schönes Appartement

Das Appartement befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist optimal. Somit entfällt die lästige Parkplatzsuche. Im Sommer ist das hier immer sehr anstrengend. Das Appartement hatte alles was wir brauchten. Groß, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, flüssiges WLAN (für die Kids immer mega wichtig). Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind auch gut. 2 Einzelbetten und 1 Doppelbett. Negative Dinge findet man immer, wenn man lang genug sucht. So wären deutsche Fernsehsender schön gewesen. Fazit : Für 3 Personen ein schönes großes Appartement. Die Unterlagen des Vermieters waren sehr gut zusammengestellt und die Übergabe war unkompliziert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine super Lage. Man läuft nur 1 min zum Markt und in 10 min ist man am Strand. Die Wohnung war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Gerne wieder.

Od wielu lat korzystamy z oferty Interhome. Wybór apartamentu Magnolia był bardzo trafny. Mieszkanie z bardzo ładną aranżacją wnętrza. Funkcjonalne, czyste i z bardzo bogatym wyposażeniem. Mimo wielu ograniczeń związanych z pandemią, pobyt w Świnoujściu uważamy za udany.

Super lokalizacja, mieszkanie super. Czysto i bardzo wygodnie. Bylismy w listopadzie, wiadomo, że nie wygrzewaliśmy się na plaży, ale byliśmy na Rugii, w Kopenhadze i Malmo i jeszcze w Peenemunde na łodzi podwodnej i jeszcze dalej. Sauberkeit war katastrophal

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war sehr katastrophal, Steckdosen waren aus der Wand gerissen, das Badezimmer verdreckt und im Schlafzimmer lagen Socken vom Vorgänger. Keine deutschen Fernsehsender. Balkon ist zum Innenhof und nicht wie beschrieben zur Stadt ausgerichtet.

Ubytování splnilo plně naše požadavky. Díky čtyřem lůžkům v jedné místnosti,vhodné pro pár nebo rodinu s menšími dětmi. Byt velmi pěkný, velký, plně vybavený, na dobrém strategickém místě. Podzemní garáž velké plus, kolárna poměrně plná, nedostatečné kapacity a to díky uloženým "plečkám" místních, které za celý týden nikdo nepoužil. V blízkosti dost příležitostí k nákupu jídla nebo stravování. Mínusem je poměrně dlouhá cesta k moři, lepší je jet na kole nebo se přiblížit autem.autem

Die inklusive Tiefgarage war eine

....positive Überraschung. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wlan läuft perfekt und Skygo läuft sehr gut. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Uns störte das Hundegebell aus den gegenüberliegenden Nachbarwohnungen, was sich natürlich täglich ändert. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
