Excellent location and fresh interiors

Apartment is organized comfortably and you can find there all you need for the stay. I was there with my family a 4 people and we had a greet time. Biedronka, lidl and zabka are located nearby so to problems with shopping. There was a parking place included I guess but we never use it as is was easy to find a parking place in the area. It’s like 20 minutes walk to get to he promenade. From the drawbacks shower requires descaling and the sheets on the double bed consist of 2 pieces which is getting rolled during the night… annoying. Apart that all in tact! Cheers!

Sauber, sehr schöne Einrichtung, netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt bei Hilfe, die Kaffeemaschine mit den vorhandenen Kapseln hat uns den Morgen gerettet! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder Ps: Wlan hat super geklappt! 3 Kinder haben nicht einmal gemeckert!

Saubere gepflegte Wohnung mit Lebensmittelgeschäften in der Nähe ,ca. 6 min zu Fuß. Mit Tiefgarage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Sache mit der Tiefgarage und dem Fahrstuhl echt hilfreich (einladen- ausladen und alles hoch oder runter fahren ) Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (9 Monate und 5 Jahre) in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Schlafräume zur Straße war für uns etwas ungünstig , zwecks der Mittagsschlafzeiten. Gegenüber ist ein Hotel (Hamton bye Hilton Swinemünde) und unter der Wohnung eine Zoogeschäft. Bei der Warenanlieferung ist es recht laut. Auch die Müllabfuhr kommt täglich! Also für uns ein kleiner ungünstiger Punkt (eventuell für den der auch wert darauf legt). Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Lage sowie mit der Tiefgaragenparkmöglichkeit. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist nicht sehr alt. Küche und Esstisch sind für 6 Personen super (wir waren ja nur 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Die Couch als Schlafgelegenheit haben wir daher nicht nutzen müssen. Und Abend auf der Couch zu 2 war ok. Rundum war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und Ahlbeck und Heringsdorf sind auch mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Vom Leuchtturm in Swinemünde waren wir enttäuscht, wie im Internet dargestellt sieht er nicht aus ( weiß und wie eine Windmühle ). Eher grau und ohne Flügel und nicht für ein Foto interessant. Das Baltic Spa war auch für uns und die Kids angenehm (allerdings sehr voll und laut vom Geräuschpegel, aber da wir selber Kinder haben die nicht immer leise sind kein Problem! In der Wohnanlage befindet sich auch ein großer Spielplatz und wer es haben muss eine MC Donalds Filiale. Auch ein Lidl und ein Kaufland Geschäft sind von unserer Ferienwohnung bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet sehr sauber. Hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Lage ist etwas ungünstig für uns gewesen, da wir Kinder dabei hatten und es zur Promenade oder zur Stadt etwas weiter war.
