We stayed here on our way to Florida. Overall it was really good. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of stairs to get around the house. The location is really nice. Really good views getting into the house and coming out afterwards as well as there's nice view from the house.

We are a family with 5 kids comprised of a set of twins and a set of triplets. When we get away we like to cook on the grill, read a book, play games and slow down the pace. We love the proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Both can be reached easily with little traffic. There are lots of hiking options nearby, as well as Uber Gatlinburg.

Why they chose this property

We love the Smoky Mountains and the relaxing times we have enjoyed in the area. We wanted a property with great views, easy access, flat parking and plenty of in-house activities. When we are away we love to catch up on movies. We built in the theater to give us the feel of a theater without leaving the house.

What makes this property unique

It is rare to find a place with all of the following: true mountain views; flat parking for multiple cars; back road access to nearly all area attractions; close proximity to area attractions; decent sized closets; city water (most places require bottled water); and lots of in-home entertainment options. Extended families can spread out and have their own spaces. The bunk room can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. We added all the personal touches of a large theater and game room with tons of things to make a get away fun for everyone in the family.
