The people at the front desk were super kind and helpful - I do want to pass on recognition to them. All were very responsive and professional and kind. The property itself was disappointing. Our room smelled so bad that we aired it out just to stay in there. There was trash on every stairway landing in bags and trash often all over the exterior property in the back. There was a large unhoused community loitering around the back lot near the dog grass area, which is fine but except some kept smoking drugs in the parking lot and I felt super unsafe taking my dog out because of this. I chose this based on the ratings and bc it was pet friendly, but not a great place in terms of cleanliness or safety.
