This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom room is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 350 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

Main features include:
- Lush tropical scenery right next to the Cabarete lagoon, shaded by fragrant mango and orange trees!
- Fully furnished, including bed sheets, bath towels and a daily cleaning service (except on Sunday)

- This particular room has a shared bathroom and no kitchen, but we can arrange a room with private bathroom or a full condo with kitchen if required

- Pets can be considered (depending on their type/number/size).
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
