ALBATROS OPEN SPACE 2394

Superb and spacious air-conditioned apartment, located 2km from the sea in Casares Costa (Costa del Sol). It has a wide, unobstructed view of the verdant valley overlooking a golf course.



It is composed of 2 bedrooms and offers accommodation for 4 people.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated, in a warm and contemporary atmosphere. The living room has a large flat-screen Smart TV. WiFi is available throughout the accommodation.

In the kitchen, you will find a NESPRESSO machine and a coffee maker at your disposal.



French doors lead to the covered terrace and garden, which offers a magnificent view of the valley. You can dine outdoors and enjoy a relaxation area. Both bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as access to the terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds, a television, and a separate family bathroom.



This apartment is located in a complex with Andalusian charm, very airy (well-maintained flowering gardens) and very quiet. Several beautiful swimming pools and paddling pools in the residence. Covered parking space in the basement.



The apartment is located 3 minutes by car (30 minutes on foot) from very beautiful beaches and all amenities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and beach restaurants).

55 minutes south of Malaga airport.



Numerous possible excursions: Casares (white village) and Estepona 10 minutes away, Sotogrande, Gibraltar, Marbella and Puerto Banus 30 minutes away, Malaga, Cadiz, Ronda, Seville, Granada...



Numerous golf courses nearby, including the famous FINCA CORTESIN GOLF CLUB and CASARES COSTA GOLF within walking distance.



The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

El alojamiento es una maravilla. Espacioso y luminoso. Jardin fantástico para tomar el sol La decoración es bastante artificial. No esta preparada para que la gente viva alli. Tuvimos que apartar varias cosas.

Het appartement was schoon, Het appartement moet beter worden onderhouden. (Voordeur klemt, slot van de tuindeur in de slaapkamer werkt niet, de tuin is een beetje overwoekerd)En ik miste een sombrilla en strandstoeltjes.

L'appartement est très spacieux, pratique et lumineux, en plus d'être très joli. Climatisation efficace. Très grande terrasse avec vue dégagée. Environnement privatif ++, proche de tout. Avons beaucoup apprécié :)
