Great location. Roomy duplex for a family. List of wildlife right out the back (Deer, alligators, turtles). Make sure you bring g your own towel and sheets like the listing says.

We enjoyed the clean, comfortable and relaxing house that is only minutes from the beach. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook dinner and then enjoy watching the small alligators and turtles in the pond behind the house.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped (even coffee and filters), beds were comfy and all rooms were neat and clean. A/C worked well too. We would stay here again!

We didn’t realize the property came with no sheets, towels, or paper towels. Our bad for not realizing some properties are rented this way. The host scolded me for not reading the email and properly preparing for our trip. That should be prominently displayed on the reservation. There was a dead palmetto bug on the kitchen floor

I apologized many times and offered solutions. I absolutely did not scold the renter, I apologized for him not reading. It is listed many times on the listing sheets add towels are not included. Please read all the information before booking.

Our stay was wonderful! The owner was exceptionally quick to respond to our questions. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our Littles - both for sleeping arrangements and playtime/TV time. We all enjoyed the wildlife offered by the lagoons. We saw baby gators, a young heron, and turtles; it was great!The mattresses were comfortable.
