Grocery, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop "Via Ichnusa" 100 m, railway station "cagliari" 70 km, sandy beach 400 m. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The apartments have furnished garden or balcony. The distance from the sea is by foot only, not by car. The houses are located on a terrain that stretches along the coast for about 1 km², the distance to the sea and beach may vary.
3-room apartment 50 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 2 sleeping facilities. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Barbecue. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Some apartments have an attic room with 2 beds instead of a sofa bed in the living room. Ferienhaus Casa Crema

Kücheneinrichtung eher mangelhaft, es empfiehlt sich Sparschäler, Grillzange usw. mitzunehmen. Räume sind ok. Terasse schön und grosszügig. Bad zweckmässig, Dusche tropfte. Es hat vor der Eingangstüre eine Waschmaschine, die aber irgendwo tropfte und deshalb war immer alles nass.

praticamente davanti al mare

Mi aspettavo(come da descrizione) una distanza dall'acqua intorno ai 300 metri, invece Bella sorpresa, a piedi percorrendo una stradina tra le case e'a un minuto e mezzo dal mare,(100 metri) praticamente e'in mare,stupendo!!!! questo fa svanire piccole pecche dell'appartamento quali: barbeque non in pietra come da foto ma portatile minuscolo, cassetta del bagno difettosa, qualche lampadina rotta, casa in generale da ristrutturare... ma in generale ottimo, e senza sbarre a finestre e porta, che per un claustrofobico come me l'anno passato dava fastidio. un ringraziamento al personale reception interhome di via ichnusa, che oltre essere molto cortese e professionale alla partenza ci ha concesso 2 ore in piu di soggiorno(mezzogiorno anziche le 10) questo ci ha permesso di fare in comodita'l'ultimo bagno cal mare con calma. consiglierei l'appartamento a chiunque, ottimo.
