SURFS UP - UP STAIRS UNIT

Enjoy Gulf Beach Views and Breezes from your own private deck or swim in the Gulf of Mexico a few steps from your 1 bedroom plus den/ 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen. Deck area has a sitting area, eating area, and a grill. Privacy for all through separate access to bathroom. Laundry room shared with unit below.

Early Check-in/Late Check out available for a fee.

Rates and Availability are subject to change until reservation is completed. A deposit must be received in order to reserve the dates you desire.

Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. Any unauthorized pets=25%surcharge
Traveler must provide photo ID and guest list

Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, www.SquareMouth.com, etc.)

The Surfs Up was in a perfect location with great a view and easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The laundry room and beach accessories were a plus. It also has a big balcony with a grill and great views. Highly recommended!!

We will be back!!! People - snag this rental up. It’s so nice to walk across the street a the beach is right there. Everything is walkable (two miles or under). Great find!!

Wow, what an amazing place! Perfect view from the front desk, directly across the street from a beautiful and uncrowded beach. Less than a block to the trolley stop and a short walk to a Circle K, grocery store only a 5 minute bike ride away. The apartment was clean and perfect size for a couple. Laundry, beach equipment (umbrella, cooler and chairs) were all available downstairs. Absolutely perfect for us and we hope to return next year!!

Cute little house, balcony is wonderful and has a good view of the beach. The location is perfect, close to all of the spots we like to go on the island. It was clean, mattress was comfortable, and overall cozy. Only complaint we had was the noise level. It’s very close to the street so you hear everything outside. Also the water pressure and temperature were tough to manage in the shower. We enjoyed our stay on AMI as always, and this place was perfect for the two of us.
