Please do not forget to leave the parking pass as there is a $50 replacement fee

If a parking pass is not returned, there is a 50.00 fee for replacement.
If you rent and your dog is over 20 pounds you will be asked to leave with no refund. The association has very strict rules

We loved the condo and location! Condo was clean and had all the beach amenities. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the little foyer looking over the pond! Most days we walked across the street directly across the condo and enjoyed the beach. Every evening we walked to a different restaurant all within walking distance. Host/Owner was top notch- quick to respond and was very helpful. Don’t hesitate, this is the perfect condo for any couple!

What a great place to stay! It had all the beach gear you could ever need to spend the perfect day at the ocean! We loved using the cooler on wheels and comfy beach chairs! The kitchen was well stocked! The condo was really nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! We will be back!!

This condo is all you need! Very clean, park right in front of the door, walk across the street to the beach. Largest pool on the island. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Beach items included. Bed was awesome. Short drive to everything! Loved it!

This place is amazing!

Not only was the decor super cute, the bed was so comfy! This condo has everything you need- washer/dryer, big fridge that makes ice, lots of dishes, etc. and even adorable silverware! We got a lot of use out of the cooler on wheels and beach chairs! Loved the proximity of the beach and the keyless entry! We felt right at home. Thank you so much for everything and we definitely look forward to returning!

Beautifully furnished condo with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and nice linens. Very comfortable bed. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and allowed us an earlier check in and later check out. Runaway Bay is a perfect location we have stayed here many times. Beach access visible from condo just across the road. Would highly recommend.

Good Times

The whole stay was wonderful! The cleanest Vacation Rental we have been at. This condo has everything you might need and more. Super comfy bed, you feel like home, the kitchen is very well equipped . It has everything you need for the beach including a lot of beach toys. Patty was awesome, very knowledgeable about the area and always available if I had a question ! Anniversary getaway

This place is nicely decorated and in a quiet area. It is well stocked with everything you would need to cook, pots and pans and dishes etc. Also everything you would need for the beach or pool, chairs, umbrellas, large cooler, beach toys, and floats. Although the pool was not in service when we were there, the beach was only a short walk away. We had a great time. I'm sure we will be back again.
