Clean updated condo facing the ocean. Kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed to make my family dinner. Conveniently located across the street from Publix. It was a very nice stay.

Three of us close friends went to get away for the week. The condo was great. The beds were comfortable . The living room furniture was very comfortable too. But the view was perfect. We would definitely go back. The town is beautiful and close to so many places. The host was very nice.

Condo very clean and excellent access to the beach. We have booked this condo in the oassed, as its a great location for bars and Publix which is directley behind condo. Overall, a excellent condo and qill be booking again next year.

Fantastic

An awesome place to stay!

Kevin and Lori were amazing hosts, they were communicative, super accommodating and flexible! The place was clean and comfortable. The location is just stunning with awesome views! It was a great stay and I hope to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit at the Indies House! We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and it was so convenient to shopping and places to eat. The hosts, Kevin and Lori, are easy to communicate with. Even checking on us a few hours after check-in to make sure everything was good.

Ormand Spring break

We had an amazing time. Very nice property right on the ocean. Great views of the sunrise. Clean and well stocked with bedding and towels. Dishes ect. We loved it and had amazing weather as a bonus

Perfect spot on the beach!

We loved this place! It was the perfect size and location for the four of us. 2nd floor with a dual access balcony looking directly at the beach. We set up our tent right in front of the condo everyday, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Great kitchen, great living and eating areas, great beds, great balcony, great all around. We’ll be back!

Beach view unobstructed however some construction going on on the outside of the building. Amenities were great and true to pictures. Recommended restaurants were excellent and a short drive away. It was nice having a grocery store across the street. We also tried the pizza place across the street and it was very good. Great communication with owner. Would definitely rent from again.

Wonderful property!

So glad we booked this property! Right on the beach with amazing views. Comfortable bed, great internet service with smart TVs, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen (with spices and everything,) beautifully decorated, designated parking, laundry on-site, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed Southern food at the Rose Villa and exploring the scenic loop drive. This was the last leg of our trip to Florida and this rental helped things end on a high note!
