Charming loft. Designed by an architect, it's located between a tree-lined courtyard and a private garden, on the 1st floor with elevator access. Very quiet.
Fully equipped (bathroom with walk-in shower, Japanese toilet, television, refrigerator/freezer, Wi-Fi, air purifier). Bedroom with a bed for two adults.
During heatwaves, the loft stays cool, never exceeding 25°C.
Public transport options: buses (95, 80, 60, 31), 250m from the Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station (line 12). Easy access to various monuments (Montmartre, Louvre, Opéra, Champs-Élysées, Musée d'Orsay, and major department stores such as Galeries Lafayette and Printemps). The neighborhood is lively and well-stocked with shops (supermarkets nearby), restaurants, and cafes/terraces. Minimum 6-night stay, excluding gas and electricity, which will be refunded if there is an excess charge. €80 cleaning fee.
