Brienzwiler 5 km from Brienz: Small, rustic chalet "Hüsli", 2 storeys, built in 1850. In the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), drying room. Parking at the house. Grocery 30 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 7 km, indoor tennis centre 10 km, riding stable 1.1 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 10 km, ice rink 6 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg 500 m, Brienz, Aareschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg 10 km, Axalp 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Rosenlaui, Hasliberg. The owner does not accept any groups.

Very cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: open living/sleeping room 17 m2, ceiling height 190 cm with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), dining nook, cable TV, international TV channels, radio, CD-player and DVD. Open kitchen 8 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room 12 m2, ceiling height 190 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Small balcony 5 m2, south facing position, small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Marvellous view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Beautiful old tiled stove in the lounge.

Das Hüsli ist gemütlich, mit allen Dingen zum Wohnen ausgestattet, sauber, bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und wurde für uns zu einem zweiten Zuhause. Es liegt in einem idyllischen Dorf mit herzlichen Menschen und vielen schönen Blickfängen.

Das kleine Chalet mitten in Brienzwiler war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Heimelige Ausstattung sehr gemütlich. Nicht geeignet für grosse Leute oder alte Personen. Niedrige Raume und sehr steile Treppen. Der Fluglärm vom Militärflugplatz war nicht störend, sehr gute moderne Fenster. Sitzplatz könnt noch verbessert werden.

Das Chalet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ruhig in einem schönen Dorf gelegen. Es ist super ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ruhige Lage, Aufteilung der Wohnung für 2 Personen sehr angenehm. Schöne Aussichtslage. Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen (Wanderungen, Besichtigungen) auch bis Thun, Zweisimmen, Adelboden, Kandersteg, etc. Würden sofort wieder kommen!

Im "Hüsli", hat sich die ganze Familie rundum wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns in dem liebevoll gestalteten und sehr gepflegten Haus an nichts gefehlt. Zu unserem Ferienglück haben die einzigartige Umgebung vor Ort und die zahlreichen Top Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Nähe beigetragen. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil gerne weiterempfehlen.

Romantisch mit allem Komfort

zentrales wunderschönes urgemütliches Häuschen mit allem Komfort: Trockenraum für Wäsche und/oder Ski, Küchengeräte,-handtücher, div. Kaffebereiter, Spülmaschine und genügend Geschirr, (was oftmals fehlt)! Allein die Decke ist ein wenig niedrig, wenn man groß ist - bis ca.1,80m kein Problem - darüber hinaus muss man hier und da den Kopf einziehen, bes. beim duschen!! Aber sehr sauber, ordentlich, sehr nette Leute. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Zufahrt ein wenig eng, aber machbar.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung, angefangen von der Nespresso-Maschine bis zum großen Flachbildschirm-TV lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind besonders offen und vertrauenswürdig.
