Surrounded by graceful coconut palms, this peaceful haven invites you to unwind in a hammock, enjoy vibrant birdlife by day and star-filled skies by night, take refreshing swims in the quiet turquoise waters, or stroll along pristine beaches collecting seashells carried in by the overnight tide. Or simply slow down and savor the art of doing nothing at all.

The private colonial-style villa, located just steps from the beach, comes fully furnished and move-in ready year-round. The 700 ft² (62 m²) villa features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a bathroom, and a partially screened terrace ideal for lounging.

For added comfort and convenience, chef services, as well as fishing and snorkeling excursions, can be arranged through the on-site caretaker. Airport transfers from Cancún and kite-surfing lessons in El Cuyo are also available upon request.
