About the host
Hosted by Condo Hotel Marketplace-Donna Boschert

Managing partner of Condo Hotel Marketplace. Have been managing our vacation rentals in Vegas and Belize for many years. Have been vacationing in Van Buren my entire life. My parents were born and raised in Eminence and the Irish Wilderness, moved to St Louis for jobs, and eventually retired to Van Buren.
When we saw the Brookstone Condos for the first time we knew it was a perfect fit for our little family. And then later came to the conclusion that we could let friends stay when we were not on the River.
The Brookstone building is near and dear in my heart. I can remember it's history over the years when my family would pass thru Van Buren on our way to Fremont or Gooseneck. I also collect typewriters and bought one of my first at this building when it was an Antique Store (about 33 years ago).
It's truly like coming home for me. And I hope it will be your home away from home on the river too!

Why they chose this property
This is a riverfront property in a great location close to town. Absolutely everything you need is within walking distance. We have a walkway down to beautiful Current River. And the pedestrian bridge over the River will take you to downtown Van Buren. Groceries, gas, canoe, kayak, and tube rental, ice cream, beer, ice....all within walking distance!!
What makes this property unique
Access to Current River is why we purchased this particular property.
To be able to see the River from most rooms is also a huge perk.
We find the river our entertainment year round.
We enjoy floating in the warm summer months. And Van Buren makes a great starting point no matter which float you choose in the area.
And the gravel bar with bonfires and year round fishing and boating are all also very popular with our family and friends.
