Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor. In case of heavy snowfall, it is forbidden to clear snow from the terraces, according to the administrator's instructions. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 450 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.5 km. Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Prima maar gedateerd

Leuk appartement vlakbij het centrum van Crans-Montana. Supermarkt is ongeveer 400 meter lopen. Het appartement zelf doet een beetje gedateerd aan maar alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Omdat er maar aan 1 kant van het appartement ramen en deuren kunnen worden geopend is ventileren niet echt mogelijk. Vreemd is de beperkte beschikbaarheid van de mechanische ventilatie van zowel de afzuigkap als de badkamer. Deze is 3 tijdsblokken van ±2 uur beschikbaar.

Splendido appartamento, splendida vista

Non è la prima volta che torniamo in questo appartamento, perchè è bellissimo. La sua disposizione, la sua terrazza con vista sulle Montagne è uno spettacolo. Fare colazione con questo panorama significa iniziare la gioranta in modo favoloso. L'appartamento è funzionale, pulito, ben arredato e c'è tutto quanto serve. Nell'immobile c'è pure la lavanderia e la piscina, comodissime. A pochi passi a piedi ci sono negozi, ristoranti e caffè. Torneremo sicuramente!

Séjour parfait

Résidence très bien située, à proximité immédiate des commerces, du centre-ville, de l’arrêt de bus et de la Coop pour les courses. Résidence calme et plaisante, avec l’avantage d’une piscine intérieure. Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle et casseroles et poêles neuves. Très belle terrasse pour les repas et la détente offrant une vue magnifique. Parking sous sol très pratique. Une sortie directe dans la forêt pour les sortie des chiens.

Una splendida vacanza all'aria pura

Appartamento perfetto, funzionale, pulito e ben arredato. A pochi minuti a piedi da ristoranti, negozi, fermata del bus. La terrazza, dalla quale si gode uno splendido panorama, si presta bene per mangiare e per rilassarsi. La piscina interna è ideale per un bagno dopo una passeggiata. Per chi ha cani, il residence è comodossimo: da un'uscita laterale, si accede direttamente a bosco. Il personale dell'ufficio di Interhome a Crans-Montana come sempre molto gentile e disponibile. GRAZIE!

Appartement agréable et bien orienté

Cet appartement est agréable avec belle terrasse meublée ainsi que 2 chaises longues très basses. SdB correcte mais une douche serait mieux. La découpe dans le mur de la chambre n'est pas tellement pratique si 4 personnes doivent y dormir mais pour 2 c'est parfait. La cuisine est assez bien équipée. Les poêles devraient être remplacées par celles en inox car le revêtement présente plusieurs rayures qui sont cancérigènes. Il y a une place de parking dans le souterrain ce qui est un avantage.

Schöner, sauberer Indoor Pool, perfekt gereinigt und Instandgehalten durch das sympatische junge Concierge-Paar (Kompliment!). Die Wohnung ist schön mit spektatulärer Aussicht auf die 4000er des Val d'Anniviers. Der Standort ist ruhig trotz Nähe zum Dorfzentrum und zum Skibus. Das Badezimmer top modern. Die Einrichtung ist OK, etwas überladen mit unnötigen Möbeln und Einrichtungsgegenständen. Einzig die Küche ist veraltet und fällt deutlich ab. Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt (2 Erw. + 1 Kind)

Appart avec belle vue sur les montagnes!

L'appartement est bien situé et assez bien agencé quoique la chambre est un peu bizarre avec le mur du living qui entre à moitié. Belle terrasse bien équipée mais qui demande un peu de remise à neuf pour les boiseries et l'isolation des châssis n'est plus au top. Un plus pour la place de parking dans le garage. Dans la cuisine, il pourrait y avoir quelques tasses et ou mugs en plus et des poêles non griffées ou alors en inox. Dans la Salle de bains le porte essuie n'est pas assez solide.

Renovation in der Nachbarswohnung

Während dem Aufenthalt wurden Renovationsarbeiten in der darunterliegenden Wohnung ausgeführt. Das Wasser wurde zusätzlich für einen halben Tag abgestellt. Diese Beeinträchtigungen wurden seitens Vermieter nicht angezeigt.
