Great villa!

We had a great time during our stay. Very luxurious villa with all facilities you need. With a great pool, modern kitchen and two bathrooms. All looked very clean and new!

Great holiday home close to Uzes

We enjoyed our vacation in this fantastic house in Montaren next to Uzes. The house is nicely decorated, spacious and very well equipped. Central air conditioning creates an ideal temperature inside and outside you can enjoy a lovely pool, terrace and lounge. A friendly welcome by Romain and Celine which were available when needed. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a great holiday in the Gard region.

Relaxing in Uzes

We know Uzes fairly well having visited many times over the last 20+ years. This house was very well located for our purposes close to Uzes and a great local supermarket. We were happy with the quiet, calm neighbourhood. Celine and Romain are a wonderful couple, very proud of their new house and very helpful in showing us the property and then letting us enjoy the property. The new, modern design suited us nicely and we look forward to returning to the property in future.

Modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Haus, Terasse und Poolbereich haben modernes Design. Es gibt draußen drei Sitzbereiche, ein großes Schattensegel und diverse Liegen sowie einen Boulebereich und Grill. Es gibt genügend Parkbereich für 2-3 Autos. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt, ein Doppelzimmer hat Bad und getrennte Toilette, zwei Doppelzimmer teilen sich ein Bad mit Toilette oder nutzen das zusätzlich vorhandene Poolbad mit WC. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und technisch hochwertig. Die Fernseher haben französische Programme, anderes muss über Handy oder Tabletts empfangen werden. WLAN funktioniert meist draußen besser als im Haus. Das Grundstück ist vollständig blickdicht abgeschlossen, ermöglicht somit allerdings auch keinen Blick nach außen. Das Haus liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Montaren entfernt (Bäcker, Käseladen), Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es derzeit leider nicht.

Rust in het paradijs!

Wij hadden een fantastische week in Villa Vincinet te Montaren et Saint Médiers. Fantastische woning met echt alle comfort en privacy! Afwerking top en alles in eerste keus materialen. Eigenaars steeds bereikbaar en heel vriendelijk. Hier komen we zeker terug!

Geweldige vakantie!

Heerlijk huis met alle apparatuur die je nodig hebt. Mooie ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. Airco door het gehele huis. Een grote tuin en zwembad. Een hoop bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Een warm welkom van de eigenaren, die een hele map hebben gevuldt met alle bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en alle nodige informatie. Op korte afstand een grote supermarkt, apotheek en alles wat je nodig hebt. We hebben een super fijne week gehad, en hadden er achteraf makkelijk 2 weken kunnen zitten. We gaan hier vast nog een keer naar terug.

Magnifique séjour dans une superbe villa !

Cette villa moderne est à la fois calme et parfaitement équipée, avec un matériel de marque excellent. Elle est très confortable, meublée et décorée avec goût. La climatisation entièrement automatique est très agréable, tout comme les volets automatiques. Le séjour est très spacieux et joliment meublé, et les chambres sont également grandes, confortables et très bien équipées, en particulier la suite parentale ! La piscine, les terrasses, le barbecue et la piste de pétanque ont également agrémentés notre séjour. Les repas pris sur la terrasse, à l'ombre de la toile, resteront gravés dans nos mémoires. Romain et Céline, tres sympathiques et tres accueillants, sont aux petits soins pour garantir la perfection de votre séjour, en agissant de manière efficace et discrète. Nous vous remercions infiniment de nous avoir permis de passer un séjour aussi magnifique ! Nous reviendrons.

Perfektes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Haus und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus wurde erst kürzlich fertiggestellt, ist technisch auf dem neusten Stand, bestens ausgestattet und super sauber. Bei den Außenanlagen sowie Mobiliar fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit tollen Ausflügen in die Umgebung und Abkühlung am herrlichen Pool verbracht. Romain und Celine sind sehr diskret und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
