SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the heart of Destin, FL and offers a plethora of amenities. Some of these include an outdoor and indoor pool (heated seasonally), where you can take a break from the sand, an onsite restaurant, to grab a quick dinner, a fitness center, sauna, and more! Additional seasonal amenities include a splash pad, a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Plus, the Scenic Stays team is alway available at the 24 hour front desk.

SunDestin 1504 is a vibrant and spacious three-bedroom condo with sleeping for up to ten guests. Upon entering, you’ll see the first bedroom with a queen bed and one and a half bathrooms. At the end of the entry hall is the fully equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A high top bar sits three, and the large dining area sits six. The living area brings even more color to this bright space. There’s a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Step onto the balcony to find plenty of seating to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh gulf air. A sliding door opens into the master bedroom with a private bathroom. Pass the in-unit washer and dryer before you get to the third bedroom with two double beds and a private, full bathroom. You’re sure to have plenty of room for everyone in this three-bedroom vacation rental.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

SunDestin Beach Resort is only minutes from many of Destin’s popular attractions, including Harborwalk Village, just four miles west, and Destin Commons, four miles east. At Harborwalk, you’ll find an array of watersports, such as waverunners, parasailing, and snorkeling, plus plenty of shopping and dining. Awesome Daetin condo

This property was IMMACULATE. Very clean and updated. We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site amenities. Bar and restaurant were very good. Management on-site was very friendly and helpful. Even got an early check-in. 5 stars across the board!

We loved the space for 9 people, we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. It was also very convenient to be on the beach.

Perfect condo, crappy hotel staff

We LOVED our condo. It was PERFECT and beautiful. BUT the hotel staff were very short and didn't want to be helpful at all. They couldn't tell me anything about anything really. They were all, that I encountered, very short and not so sweet. They acted like my coming to the front desk was ruining their conversations. The elevator is also another HUGE let down, on Sunday, our checkout day and many others, the elevator wait was INSANE and once we finally caught one that part of our party could fit on, we had to ride all the way to floor 17 and hit every floor on the way down. It would be so bad if there was some sort of air circulation but there isn't, it was the worse 15 minutes of my life. Other than those 2 big let downs, we loved our stay and will be staying in the destin area again!
