For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Private beach, garden furniture, barbecue, bathing jetty. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), heating available only from 15.Sep. - 30.Apr.. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 300 m, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach "Osteno" 700 m, grass beach "Porlezza" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 8 km, golf course (18 hole) 16 km, surf school 6 km, tennis 7 km, riding stable 7 km. Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit grossem Garten direkt am See mit Grill. Einzig zu bemängeln waren Ameisen in der Küche, in der Gegend vom Spühltrog und Kochherd.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am See mit grandiosem Garten

Sehr netter Kontakt zu Besitzern. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch Spielsachen und Kinderhochstuhl. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Wunderbare Lage direkt am See mit einem malerischen Ausblick. Zufahrt zur Wohnung schmal, Lage sehr ruhig.

ein kleines, ruhiges und sehr erholsames Plätzchen... die Umgebung lädt zum flanieren und entdecken ein Die Menschen im Örtchen sind sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten unsere Zeit in der ‚Pocetta‘ sehr geniessen.

Besonderer Charme

Ein wunderschöner Ort bei jedem Wetter! Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Fenstern zum See, bzw. Park. Der Park, der Ministrand und zahlreiche Terrassen bieten zahlreiche Gelegenheiten, sich auf Liegen oder bequemen Gartenstühlen niederzulassen. Im Park mit seinen Palmen ist wunderschön gepflegt und einladend. Trotz Nordseite hatten wir im Mai den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Appartement hat eine gut funktionierende Heizung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfect for relaxation in a very special place

The property is exactly as described and was spotlessly clean and K. could not have been more helpful in explaining all the details of the property. The view of lake Lugano is spectacular to wake up to each day and the shared garden area is perfect. The access is a little tight for a large car but ok once you are used to it. We will definitely return as both La Pocetta and Osteno village are true gems on the Italian part of the lake.

Erholung von der ersten Minute an! Schöner großer terassierter Garten. Schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den See. Balkon nach Norden gerichtet, morgens und abends Sonne, tags Schattenseite vom Haus, Wohnung heizt sich dadurch nicht so sehr auf. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Wer mit der kleinen Italy Espressokanne nicht klar kommt, kann sich ja eine french press Kanne mitbringen, Wasserkocher vorh. Zufahrt sehr schmal, f. VW Passat Variant ok. In manchen Orten aber noch schmaler. -)

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage. Das Haus verfügt über drei Wohnungen zur Miete.Sehr modern gestaltet. Was aber zu bemängeln ist das keine Microwelle,Toaster oder keine Kaffeefiltermaschine vorhanden ist. Desweiteren ist Couch sehr gebraucht wie auch die Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Die Pfannen in der Küchenaustattung sind eigentlich nicht mehr zu benutzen. Ansonsten ist die Gegend die Lage der Wohnung mit dem Garten sehr empfehlenswert. Direkter Zugang zum See.

Sehr schicke Wohnung mit einem sensationellen Blick auf den See und einem tollen Garten. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser, mehr geht nicht.
