Villa Evasion is located in the heart of a country village.

PLEASE NOTE: heated swimming pool from May to October
Jacuzzi functional all year round

The villa has 200m2 of living space on 3 levels and is surrounded by a large garden of 1700m2: a true paradise.

The garden is completely fenced and furnished: ping pong table, large basketball hoop, heated swimming pool and relaxation area.
Free parking spaces outside the villa and possibility of parking 1 vehicle inside the villa.

You will have a 6-seater indoor jacuzzi

- On the ground floor, you will find a large living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet area.

- The lounge area has a fireplace and a large flat screen as well as board games.

For the dining area, a large family table in the center of a bright veranda awaits you for convivial meals.

- The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, food processor, capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender and dishes).

Upstairs, you will find:
- A parental suite and private shower
- A bedroom with 4 single beds and table football

In the basement:

-A large soundproofed cinema room equipped with a large screen and pool table
-A gym equipped with an indoor bike, treadmill, trampoline, weight training equipment and machine
The villa has a large heated swimming pool of 5m x 10m with the possibility of covering it as desired for magical moments all year round!
In the swimming pool area, you have several deckchairs, a barbecue and a dining area.
4 adult bikes available

The villa has free very high-speed internet access. ( optical fiber )

It is located 5 minutes from supermarkets: Carrefour market, Aldi but also organic bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, restaurant, traditional pizzeria and fast food, bank and post office.

Lovely quiet location

Our family of 6 was feeling the need for a quiet holiday away and this location was perfect! The host was responsive and helpful. The house was tidy and comfortable and our kids, ages 7 to 15 had plenty to keep them occupied. The pool was a big hit and the workout room was also a favorite. The provided Netflix allowed us to enjoy watching some movies. Aldi was just a few minutes away which was super handy as we cooked all our own meals. Overall, definitely a place we would go to a second time.

When you pay that much money you should really expect more. Too many defects. Probably still in construction phase but then you should ask for less money.

Des hôtes charmants à l'écoute des quelques soucis techniques réactifs aux solutions possibles ! La maison est chaleureuse et spacieuse pour une grande famille son bel espace extérieur et clos permet bien des activités de jeux et de détente pour une famille comme nous avec des jeunes et enfants de 15, 8, 6 et 5 ans où chacun à son espace de vie de détente de loisirs de jeux La salle de sport la salle cinéma sont un plus la piscine si chauffée à bonne température toute l'année aussi idem pour le jacuzzi nouvellement installé Idéal pour les familles avec Enfants petits enfants comme nous La voiture reste indispensable où des vélos pour faire les petites courses du quotidien jolies balades en perspective Nous avons visités Provins à proximité et bien d'autres visites famille alentours sont possibles Nous reviendront avec grand plaisir si la piscine reste chauffée toute l'année et que les hôtes ont des beaux projets d'améliorer le potentiel de leur belle maison des espaces pour accueillir avec soins des voyageurs aguerris On vous conseille à 200% La Team Simonet
