For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (12 x 7 m, depth 190 - 30 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), children's playground. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, bar 100 m, bus stop "Campello" 100 m, railway station "Campello" 500 m, sandy beach 300 m, shingle beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm 30 km, Alicante 12 km, Terra Mitica Banidorm 30 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 28 km, Elche 40 m, Murcia 95 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Visit to see the family
Would not choose this location because we don't really like the high- rise properties, but we were visiting our family who are living here ar the moment.

- Vue magnifique
- Bonne situation géographique entre alicante et benidorm (tram pouvant vous amener aux 2 mais mieux si vous êtes motorisés)
- Tranquillité tant de la ville que de l'immeuble
