House was exactly as described. Just a short walk away from restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and used both the indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Super clean historic home in a perfect location that is walking distance to downtown CDA, as well as the Marina and Pickleball courts!
Tracy was a great host; her instructions and communication were clear and she was very pleasant. We would stay here again next year!!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
The property is located very near downtown, within walking distance. We lucked out and were able to walk and see the Car D'Alene. It was great. The home is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. I was very impressed as some places I have stayed lacked certain essentials; however, Tracy made sure it had everything we needed. Communication with Tracy was very good. Only drawback is privacy as no curtains on the front or back doors. Also the king bed downstairs had privacy; however, the curtains are way to light colored. Need some darkening shades as the light came in at 4:30 in the morning. Way too early for me!! I would stay here again, but I would bring something to darken the window. Thanks Tracy!!!
This house has a great location, just a short walk to downtown CDA and all the great restaurants and local shops. Also within walking distance to a large park perfect for kids with a playground and water splash park. Easy access to the lake and beach as well.
The house has a nice layout and spacious. Our kids enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs bedroom and adjoining bathroom.
The backyard is fully fenced and a great place to let our dogs roam around freely for a bit.
I gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to the basement being used as construction storage and a bit cluttered. The washer and dryer is housed in the basement so I did occasionally go down there. I didn’t let the kids go down so they wouldn’t get into things. It’s a separate space so it was easy to keep them out.
I also gave 4 stars on check in process because I didn’t receive the check in email or see in on my VRBO account. When we arrived at the house we couldn’t check in right away because we didn’t have this info but within 5 minutes Tracy, the house manager, called and gave me the the door code. She said she sent me an email earlier in the day but I never saw it. I’m not the most tech savvy person so I don’t doubt she sent it, I just couldn’t find it.
Overall we enjoyed our trip and stay and we would recommend this house!

Thanks for the review, per the Check in email and welcome book instructions which both inform you that the basement is off-limits except for laundry due to the fact there is construction. In addition you email had the code sent mid day as you were informed in a earlier email.
This Garden Street home is in a great location allowing us to walk to everything! The house is very cute and worked perfectly for our week in Coeur d'Alene.
We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property ! Located in a great location, easy walk to downtown with restaurants and shops galore. Really appreciated the easy check in and communication was always quick and clear. The property was clean and had a great backyard for morning coffee and nightly drinks! Would definitely recommend!
A clean, comfortable home that is walking distance to downtown and the park. The backyard is very relaxing and the neighborhood is peaceful. I would stay there again and highly recommend it!
Our stay was incredible. It fit the. Reds of our family and small pet well, both in the details of the property as well as the location to the restaurants and shops downtown. The owner was polite, communicative and very helpful. Looking forward to coming back and trying to book again!
This house is so comfortable and charming... just blocks from all the action downtown. It was impeccably decorated with lots of room for our family to feel at home during our stay. Tracy was super communicative and made our stay worry free... even after I made a mistake with the booking, she was extremely helpful through it all. Most importantly....the beds are super comfortable!!
