Please remove shoes upon entry to keep the floors clean from sand and other debris.
All guests must complete and sign the HOA rules and regulations at least 15 days prior to arrival (these will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed). The major ones are:
No motorcycles, pickup trucks, or campers.
No animals allowed.
No loud activities or noise which disrupts other residents.
No parties or late night noise; it's a quiet complex with attentive neighbors and security.
