Enttäuschung

Die Haupfoto ist so gemacht,was zu diesem Aufenthalt Interesse aufweckt. Aber das entspricht die Wirklichkeit nicht. Das Haus ist schwierig im Ort zu finden und auf dem Bild findet man die beschriebene Wohnung gar nicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoß, die Fenster sind 10 cm höher von der Erde. In der Wohnung gibt es absolut keinen Sonnenlicht. Garten war ungepflegt und man konnte ihn auch nicht benutzen. Einziges, was das alles ausgleicht- das ist Natur. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr geholfen ,unser Urlaub zu retten! Danke den Bergen! Danke den Wetter! Auf jeden Fall, Preis und Leistung stimmt gar nicht! Große Enttäuschung! Finden Sie andere Unterkunft für dieses Ort!

Posizione dell'appartamento molto buona con vista all'esterno sulle dolomiti, impagabile. Ottimo il piccolo giardino per chi ha cani. Appartamento localizzato in posizione tranquilla e lontano dal chiasso e confusione della vicina Canazei. Lo consiglio a chi cerca relax e tranquillità.

Vacanza perfetta

La casa è spaziosa ed accogliente. Dotata di ogni cosa è situata fra il Sella, il Pordoi e la fantastica Marmolada. Inoltre si può usufruire de tutte le risorse che offre la vicina cittadina di Canazei oltre che dell'atmosfera intima e gradevole del piccolo borgo di Penia. Siamo stati benissimo e ci ripromettiamo di tornare per goderci questi posti anche nella stagione estiva.

Ottima struttura con tutte le comodità di una casa "vera" (lavatrice, lavastoviglie). Spaziosa, pulita, in una frazione tranquillissima ma a poche centinaia di metri dagli impianti (c'è anche lo skibus). Da consigliare

Avvolti dal legno

Appartamento ben strutturato e organizzato non gode però di molta luce se non nelle ore pomeridiane e con giornate soleggiate. Sono presenti tutti i confort necessari in una abitazione, manca solo la disponibilità del microonde nel reparto cucina e scarsa disponibilità di pentole.

Goed onderhouden woning met ruime faciliteiten. Bestek en glasservice is gedateerd en onvolledig. Dient vervangen te worden. Aantal en formaat pannen niet afgestemd op maximaal aantal personen in appartement. Verder uitstekende locatie voor activiteiten in dit deel van de Dolomieten.

L: appartamento è completo di tutto il necessario : stoviglie, asciugamani, coperte. Solo il frigo è un po' piccolino. Ottima posizione di partenza per le numerose escursioni.

Habe mehr erwartet

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Handelte sich um Sou- terrainwohnung, nicht um eine ebener- dige. SattelitenTV ja, aber kein deut-sches TV. Minikaffeemaschine ohne Filter, immer Satz im Becher, reicht gerade für 2 Becher. Blechbestecke wackeln/verbiegen. Mehrmals kein WiFi. Sehr sauber, bis auf Garten- möbel, wurden vergessen zu säubern. Größtes Manko: zu laut, nicht gedämmt. Versteht jedes Wort.

Ruim maar donker huis.

Ruime woning maar in de winter bijna geen zon. Woning ligt grotendeel vd dag in de schaduw en daarom is balkon helaas nagenoeg ongebruikt gebleven ondanks prachtige zonnige week. Deurbeslagen, gasfornuis en wasmachine hebben hun beste tijd wel gehad. Keukenuitrusting is matig.

Net appartement goed voor twee personen

Goed bevallen ligt in klein plaatsje buiten Canazei, keurig schoon , enigste nadeel is als het grote appartement boven bezet is je alles kan horen, lopen van de buren praten etc. , tip, vloerbedekking zal misschien de geluiden wat dempen, goede busverbinding. Winkeltje in Penia voor je brood etc. Skigebied heerlijk
