Owner of a small family wine estate operated for generations, nestled just a stone's throw away, Annie opens the doors to an authentic outbuilding of character of a 17th century winegrower's house steeped in history (formerly linked to an old estate). wine estate of which the elegant mansion and its park neighboring the gîte remain, hence its name), carefully revisited as a comfortable holiday resort, nestled on the immediate edge of vineyards at the entrance to the peaceful wine-growing village of Fuissé, flagship of the famous vintage Pouilly-Fuissé. Nestled in the hollow of a bucolic valley of vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see under the wooded ridges of a forest massif partly protected in the "Natura 2000" zone, this picturesque preserved village full of charm, with beautiful, perfectly restored typical residences & charming little streets, enjoys a literally grandiose hilly landscaped setting, alternating nature & viticulture. Sumptuous panorama & landscapes to discover in the surrounding area. Enchanting site, totally soothing & relaxing. Comfortable cottage with original and unusual interior architecture. Warm country style mixing an exotic Mediterranean atmosphere with a zen and very gentle Scandinavian spirit. Very charming. Cozy & cocooning. Pleasant enclosed panoramic terrace of 40m² - exposed & shaded - offering a beautiful unobstructed view of the vineyard. Composition: Gîte in the owner's house (total independence without vis-à-vis). Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, bedroom including a mezzanine bed accessible by a miller's ladder (single bed 90x190cm) & a private bathroom (shower/Wc), bathroom (shower/Wc). 1st floor: bedroom area in large under-floor mezzanine (double bed 160x200cm / height in part less than 1.80m). Enclosed terrace + private parking. All amenities 7 km. Golf 16 km. Postcard decor in the hollow of the magnificent vineyards of the iconic Pouilly-Fuissé & Saint-Véran wines! Authentic 17th century character wine outbuilding - steeped in history & carefully restored - nestled on the edge of the vineyards close to the center of the peaceful & charming wine-growing village of Fuissé, nestled 9 km from Mâcon, the southernmost of the towns in Burgundy ( very close to all the shops, services & leisure facilities). In the middle of the hilly Mâcon countryside in the heart of an exceptional landscaped setting - partly classified and protected in the "Natura 2000" zone - sublime mountainous setting of bucolic hillsides of vineyards & gentle wooded hills, extending the sumptuous neighboring jewel of the Roche de Solutré with the prestigious label "Grand Site de France" (located 4.5 km away) & the famous "Val Lamartinien" nearby (famous vineyard named after the illustrious host of the place).
