My room was absolutely disgusting when I checked in. Dirt in the tub, eyelashes stuck to bathroom plug, hair on the floor, old marijuana blunt on the balcony, I also didn’t like that no amenity kits were provided as in the other private rooms i rented out. The room was beat up handles coming off the drawers, rips in carpet. It needs a good updating for sure .

Upon receiving this review I checked the room. There are no tips in the carpet or missing handles. This room consistently receives very positive reviews. With respect to the housekeeping items I did offer to send housekeeping once the guest notified me. They said it could wait until the following day. If things were that bad I question why they would wait.

The place looks exactly as on picture, very clean, big enough for 4 people and it’s in the best location in Miami Beach. We could enjoy all hotel facilities and at the same time stay away from big crowds! I love the fact that we had our private valet parking too. Beautiful view from balcony ! We had amazing g time and definitely will stay here again!

This was a great property. The bed was comfy, suite was clean, nice balcony. The property was very secure. Easy access to restaurants on site and several within walking distance. Convenient stores are also in walking distance. We had access to all pools and the beach. Umbrellas were available to rent on the beach-chairs and towels were included. The host was prompt at getting back to us on a few questions we had.
