Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room and partake in seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals and be sure to swing by the gift shop for trip mementos. The many on-site amenities, including over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, makes SunDestin Beach Resort the perfect destination for vacations, reunions or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



Feel your every day stresses  fade away against the spectacular views at SunDestin Unit 1110. This one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four, successfully bringing the outdoors in for a delightful beach getaway! You’ll find everything in the fully-appointed kitchen to prepare snacks for the beach or just take it easy and lounge in the sunny open-concept space. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV, gather around the dining table with seating for four, and take in spectacular views on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bed down on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Destin is a great place for family vacationing, brimming with an array of eateries for the whole family to enjoy. Check out Brotula’s Seafood House and Steamer or Margaritaville on the Destin harbor, both specializing in fresh cuisine and just five minutes from property!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pools.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
