With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space available, there’s plenty of room for hosting large business or personal functions. Seasonal amenities include beach chair/umbrella rentals (additional fee), and outdoor tiki bar. Should any questions arise during your stay, our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

Fantastic Condo!

The condo was very well kept, and very clean. I like the two separate bathrooms in the bedrooms. I loved having the washing and dryer in the condo. The beds were so comfortable just like a hotel should be and the furniture was nice as well. Overall great stay and great condo for a family that can sleep eight. The condo is right in the center of everything to have a wonderful family fun vacation. Thanks we will be back again next year!

The condo itself is as described! The negative thing is you're only allowed to only one parking spot which isn't fair to large families. The fact that you have to park across the street doesn't seem right ,when you look outside at night and there's plenty of extra parking spots available

LOVE IT!

Blessed to have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful Unit. Only seen it online before we booked it and we were so happy when we walked through the doors on just how nice it is! Very well maintained, nice, comfy furniture, comfortable beds, appliances are great, everything thought of, to make our stay perfect! Love having the washer and dryer, sure makes beach life so much easier! The views are simply breath-taking, with amazing sunsets, the ocean, and the city lite up a night! WOW! It's not a full ocean view, but pretty awesome just the same and peaceful! We've stayed in other units here and this is one of our favorites now! The only hard part was leaving! The resort and staff are absolutely wonderful! Friendly, helpful and hard workers to keep the resort top notch! Thank you all, for making our stay so amazing!! We'll definitely be back!

Switcheroo

Owners decided to stay in the unit during the week we had reserved it three months in advance. When we arrived, we found out we had been switched to another unit. Our whole family did not fit in the unit we were switched to, so Sundestin gave us an extra room for the rest of our family. This was supposed to be a family vacation, but we weren’t able to stay together. Made it inconvenient for meals, since part of us were 10 floors away. We ended up leaving a day early.

Cockroach and broken appliances

Was not as advertised. The asking machine was broken leaving us without a mean of claiming our clothes. Also there was a cockroach infestation. Told the front staff, seems like they did not care or just don’t know what to do.

Got the job done.

We needed a place to stay for our son\'s baseball tournament. The unit is on the end so limited beach view, but we didn\'t mind that. Great location. Check in was super easy. Great little shop in the lobby. Elevators weren\'t crowded and didn\'t have to wait long. Unit got the job done, but wasn\'t the cleanest. Loved having a washer and dryer (not all units do--some people have to use the common W/D on each floor). Plenty of bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked w/ what we needed to cook. Unit could use some updating hence the 3 starts there and wasn\'t the cleanest...found a mound of hair on the master bath rug and the kitchen runner hasn\'t been cleaned in a long time. Both of those should be washable, but overall was good enough for our stay.

Nice but won’t return

The room looked exactly as advertised. The space was nice, comfortable and had a pretty view. The chairs were ripped and faded, also the washing machine had mold around liner. I would return to the room because it was nice enough, however we didn’t appreciate the lack of urgency when we did ask front desk for assistance. The showers were made differently and we didn’t know how to turn the shower portion on with one of the bathroom; Front desk’s reply was they would send maintenance in the morning. (Mind you we are dripping with sweat and grimy. There was no way we would wait until the next morning to take a shower.) Luckily a security officer overheard the conversation and indicated he knew what the issue was and came up immediately to show us how to use the shower. The main issue was the fact that the door had a red light and would not open. When we reported it, the front desk said that it must have been some we did and they didn’t offer any other assistance. Luckily we had family in the room and they opened the door from the inside. The next day when the entire family left, we couldn’t get back in the room. We realized the night clerk never filed the issue and the lady at the desk was nice but it didn’t appear as if it was any type of urgency in trying to get us access to the room. We were just done. They fixed the issue quickly, but only after my husband got agitated. We just won’t return to the resort but the room was fine.

Family Trip

Great stay with the kids. The closet doors were off in one room but they fixed it right away. The elevators get very crowded around checkin/out times. Parking overflow is across the street so plan to cross a busy street if you come back late. Great location and beautiful condo.
