L'Audace - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Located in Valezan, on the sunny side, very nice renovation at 30 minutes from the ski slopes la Rosieres, Sainte Foy de Tarentaise, les Arcs, la Plagne... Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing at 5mn above the village. In summer, many hikes for all levels from the village, lake walks, GR5, tour of the Beaufortain, cows in summer... In spring flowered meadows and our cows of Tarentaise, production of beaufort.

This apartment, has a very nice volume, in an old barn of character, (retained as a model in the museum of the Montmayeur tower in Aime) surface of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers, open kitchen very friendly equipped, opening onto terrace and living space.
The dining area and cocooning living room will welcome you by the stove, the main heating element (wood included without abuse). Sofa, armchair, antique furniture, piano.
Three beautiful rooms with a Zen baroque and trapper theme, bathroom with two showers, bathtub and sauna. Wifi, sheets and towels included. L'audace opens its private space to you.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 100 m² with TV, stove, sofa, large table ...
- A kitchen equipped with : central island (about 20 m²), electric kettle, steam oven, microwave oven, classic oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, dolce gusto, raclette and fondue machines... Washing machine.
Night space:
- Room 1 la trappeur : a double bed (130×190).
- Room 2 the baroque : a double bed (130×190).
- Room 3 the Zen: a double bed (140×190).
- A mezzanine with sofa and armchairs (the mezzanine is not suitable for children).
- A bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub.
- Separate Japanese ecological toilet.

Outside :
- A covered terrace of about 30 m², facing East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, plancha..

The apartment is ideally located in Valezan, small typical village of Tarentaise, at 1300 meters of altitude, in a very pleasant environment.

Activities
- Tourist sites: visit of the village and its architecture with typical houses. The "flowered meadows" of a Natura 2000 zone are also an asset of Valezan. You can also go to various ski resorts such as les Arcs, la Plagne...at 30 mn, Courchevel, Méribel, Tignes...at one hour. As well as other villages, the medieval city of Conflans, Albertville Olympic city...
- Sporting activities : hiking on the GR5 and the baroque routes, ideal place for cyclists, walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing above the village, downhill skiing on the opposite side or ski touring. Rafting, white water swimming, canoeing on the Isère river
- Cultural visits : Opinel museum, Montmayeur museum, crypt..., baroque church of Valezan...
- Gastronomic heritage : Savoy cheeses, tartiflette, raclette, fondue savoyarde, diots.
- Events: market of Montchavin in summer, market on Thursday to like Saturday in the village of Saint Maurice.
- Animations see the program of the stations, and of the base of leisures.

Transport : you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for the other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: aime station located about 13 minutes away by car or Bourg Saint-Maurice about 17 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport located at about 2H00 by car.

- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Not suitable for young children because of the mezzanine.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors, cleaning and laundry. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use, taking out the garbage, putting away the dishes...the janitor is very solicited in season.
- 3 steps to access the apartment and 2 steps to access the night space.
- The second terrace is not usable for security reasons.
- The car is recommended to get to the accommodation.
- Autonomous arrival from 5pm, departure by 10am.
