Pretty little apartment located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the village Les Coches, is a former Pierre&Vacances property classified 2 stars, with its small balcony, very pleasant for sunbathing and drinking a small aperitif or mulled wine in the sun after beautiful hikes or downhill :)

Has: a separate bathroom and toilet
A closed bedroom equipped with a QueenSize double bed (160 cm wide) then 3 extra beds in the living room.

Lovely stay

Our family had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was well equipped and met all our needs. All our enquires were met promptly by Julian who kept us up to date with the check in process. Great location for the slopes, unfortunately couldn’t ski in and out as not enough snow. Would be happy to stay again.

Toujours un plaisir de venir aux Coches et dans ce logement tout confort. J'étais en télétravail, donc un super cadre pour travailler, et très bonne connexion car internet fourni dans l'appartement. Le tout ponctué de petites balades, au top ça ressource :)

Prestations de services non conformes

Heureux d'avoir trouvé une pépite avec une bonne notation, bien placé au bord des pistes, parking et commerces à proximité, casier à ski, prestations tout inclus; nous nous réjouissions donc de passer de bonnes vacances, mais c'était sans compter sur une succession de désagréments.Un accueil loupé, oubli de la part de l'hôte de notre arrivée, obligé de réclamer le code d'accès au logement, échange téléphonique montrant un manque de considération de sa part. Déconcerté par cette attitude nous n'avons pas souhaité échanger davantage, nous sommes alors restés sur la réserve. Malheureusement pour nous, les prestations payées: ménage et mise à disposition des draps laissaient à désirer à notre arrivée; draps souillés par des poils de chien des précédents occupants, nettoyage bâclé de la salle de bain, terrasse négligée, donc peu accueillante, dont le sol était jonché de touffes de poils, et où le mobilier d'extérieur était recouvert de salissures. L'appartement était poussiéreux. Constat transmis à l'hôte, puis constaté par Abritel à notre retour. Echanges compliqués avec l'hôte, dont la seule préoccupation est la notation de son bien (chantage), et en aucun cas l'accueil des visiteurs. Le discours commercial est bien rodé, mais la recherche de la satisfaction client est inexistante. Si vous n'êtes pas exigeant sur les prestations de services, vous y trouverez votre compte.

Faute à pas de chance

Logement bien placé, propre mise à part pas mal de Poils de chien, probablement laissé par le précédent locataire. Il ya tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Il faut juste éviter de tomber pendant le débarquement des écoles de commerce (fêtes toute la nuit pendant 2 jours).D'après des saisonniers ça devient fréquent.Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et répondent vite.

Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature

Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours dans cet appartement en famille, avec 2 enfants en bas âge. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et des activités (accrobranche, départ balades...). Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à disposition dans l'appartement pour la famille et les enfants (lit bébé, chaise haute, internet, jeux de société, barbecue...) donc c'est vraiment agréable. L'hôte est attentionné et disponible, aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Klein appartement op loopafstand skilift

Een klein appartement met 1 slaapkamer en 2 slaapbanken en onderschuifbed in de woonkamer. Te klein voor 5 volwassenen, max 3 of 4. Wel prima locatie en goed onderhouden. De kitchenette incl vaatwerk en kookgerei is in orde, met kleine vaatwasser. De wifi doet het goed. Door weinig sneeuw was ski-in ski-out niet mogelijk. De skillift en winkels/restaurants zijn op ca. 10 minuten lopen. Contact met de beheerder was makkelijk en snel. Het grote skigebied ligt met 1á 2 stoeltjesliften aan je voeten. Prima week gehad in Les Coches.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et bienveillant dans nos échanges. La localisation de la résidence n'est pas très précise dans l'annonce et le logement est à 10 mn à pied des remontées mécaniques et du centre village, mais ça reste très facile d'accès. On est très contents de notre semaine.

Un petit logement dans une résidence de qualité et bien entretenu. Bien placé pour le départ ski aux pieds. Grand Parking à proximité donc pas de strass pour se garer et Proprietaire très agréable et disponible pour nous renseigner. Je recommande vivement.
