Beautiful Savoy chalet, on a sunny slope and facing Les Arcs and La Plagne

For your holidays in summer and winter, I suggest you rent my chalet, located on the "Versant du Soleil" of the Tarentaise valley, just 10 minutes from Bourg-Saint-Maurice and 20 minutes from the ski resorts des Arcs and La Plagne.

The chalet is ideally located for you to enjoy all mountain activities in any season. For your peace of mind, it is on the edge of a charming, typically Savoyard village, in the middle of alpine pastures, while being 10 minutes from all services. You get a splendid view of the Tarentaise peaks: Mont Pourri, Bellecôte, l'Aiguille Rouge, Aliet ...

In winter, you are close to the largest ski resorts (Les Arcs, La Plagne, La Rosière, Tignes, Val d'Isère ...). Cross-country ski and snowshoe trails criss-cross the arpents from the village.

In summer, countless hiking trails await you all around the chalet, for walks lasting a few minutes to a few days! In Bourg Saint Maurice and its surroundings, find all summer activities (cycling, water sports, paragliding ...)

This chalet is ideal for groups of maximum 7 people. It is made up of
- 3 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and equipped with TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 2 bathrooms: 1 Italian shower in the bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom with Italian shower and large bath upstairs
- 2 separate WCs (ground floor and upper floor)
- Living room with TV, home cinema, as well as a stove and a stock of wood (additional wood is available for sale if necessary)
- Fully equipped kitchen (5-burner cooking piano, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils)
- Large terrace with sun loungers, barbecue, parasol
- 2 parking spaces near the chalet

Wi-Fi internet access is also available. Board games are also available to you!

If necessary, a baby high chair and a travel cot can be made available to you to avoid transportation.

The chalet is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner.

Bed linen rental is available for € 50 extra.

To discover and enjoy Savoyard gastronomy, a restaurant is located less than 2km away.

Relaxing at the chalet

We had a great stay, the chalet is very comfortable. The kitchen was well quipped. The view is amazing and you can access Les Arcs via Le Funiculaire fairly quickly.Very quiet and relaxing, out of the crowds.

The house was very nice, nothing to complain about. If your going here for skiing keep in mind it is about half an hour drive up and down a mountain. The host was very fast with communication. So overall I would recommend

Wonderful mountain location, lovely chalet

I really don't want to tell the truth about this chalet, in case we lose out next time! Because this gorgeous chalet, with all the resources you need, is in the most breathtaking position, with views all across the mountains & many ski stations. The host & his local parents are great - such a warm welcome and helpful with ideas. We will definitely try to find a chance to return des que possible.

Très belle semaine dans le chalet

Nous avons séjourné du 26 février au 5 mars 2022. Nous étions 6 avec mes parents. Chalet très sympathique, très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Bravo ! Pour ceux qui n’aiment pas vivre en station, le chalet est idéal. On déconnecte et on prend le temps d’admirer la vue !!! Nous avons skié aux Arcs très facile d’accès avec le funiculaire, grand parking pas de soucis de places à 15 min du chalet. Et un soleil magnifique toute la semaine. Merci à Boris pour nos échanges et à ses parents pour l’accueil et la confiance accordée. Nous étions vraiment ravis de notre séjour et avons très bien dormi !! Vraiment une belle semaine. Chalet très propre !!! Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Magnifique salle de bain ainsi que la cuisine sans parler de la terrasse avec la vue imprenable !!! Nous avons passer un super séjour avec les parents du propriétaire à l'écoute de tous besoin et d'une gentillesse incroyable et en même temps discret. Chalet très bien situé .de très nombreuses randonnées possible à proximité immédiate du chalet.

C'était la 1ere fois que je venais en montagne l'été. Nous avons pu découvrir la région grâce à Luc et Françoise . Faire des randonnées dans les alpages en compagnie de Luc . Et grimper en haut des sommets pour voir les glacier et les neiges éternelles. Je vois conseil ce petit dépaysement.

Un très beau gîte

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte bien équipé et très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié: - l'accueil très chaleureux des parents de M. Mougel, qui vivent à proximité; - le cadre tranquille et la vue "cinéma" sur la vallée de la Tarentaise; - la propreté et l'équipement de qualité du gîte; - la proximité avec les départs de balades (en Beaufortain et en Vanoise); - les conseils de M. Mougel Senior pour les randos; - les jeux et livres pour les jours de brouillard. Bref, un très beau lieu de villégiature que nous recommandons sans réserve.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet très bien aménagé. Grâce a la gentillesse et aux indications des parents de Boris qui sont sur place mais dans un autre chalet, nous avons pu visiter les coins les plus beaux de la region. La maison est bien équipée, situé dans un petit village du versant sud. Je recommande cette location pour une famille qui souhaite decouvrire la région et souhaite se poser dans un chalet avec vue sur la vallée à l ecart des villes. Didier

Formidable!

Een prachtig vakantie huis dat voorzien is van alle gemakken. Een geweldige ligging in een rustige omgeving, maar ook dichtbij alle mogelijke faciliteiten (Aime/Bourg st M). Wij hebben er vier dagen genoten van het fietsen in de bergen. Zowel de communicatie met - als ontvangst door de verhuurder waren erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. Een heel grote kans dat we hier snel weer terug komen!!
