Come and get away from the city at Ravenswood Pool House! This well-kept and affordable four-bedroom house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac off of Tower Hill Road in Sawyer, MI, and is under a mile from Warren Dunes State Park. This home is perfect for multiple couples or families with children. The home features new paint and light fixtures throughout, with all-new kitchen appliances, a new coffee table, high-speed WiFi, a new TV in the main room, a new firepit with Adirondack chairs, new pool lounge chairs, a rebuilt deck, a hammock, and a new gas grill.

The main floor features a large living room with comfortable furniture situated around the fireplace and flatscreen TV, with a large playroom and a cute eat-in kitchen adjacent. From the living area, guests can access the screened-in porch, which is perfect for enjoying those great Michigan evenings. The main bedroom is located at the end of the hall on this main floor and comes furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is also on this main level and has a queen bed with a full bathroom.

The lower level of the house includes a game room with a pool table and television, the third and fourth bedrooms, plus a fully-refurbished bathroom. One bedroom downstairs contains a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The other bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.

For those guests who love the great outdoors, this home offers a brand-new saltwater pool and a nice grassy side yard. Ravenswood is located just a quick bike ride away from the Warren Dunes State Park, where there are giant beaches and wonderful hiking trails up the dunes, full facilities, and a little snack shack. Please note there may be fees involved for access to the park during the summer that vary depending on where you are from. The state park is also great for cross-country skiing in winter, no fee required.

Ravenswood is an excellent and comfortable pool house located in a peaceful location near Lake Michigan. We know that you will enjoy it!

Things to know:
As of September 28, the pool is closed for the rest of 2022.

Pool depth is 5 1/2 feet at the deep end and 3 feet deep at the shallow end.

The pool will be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with the possibility of early opening or late closing by a couple of weeks, but is completely weather-dependent.

The pool will be heated to 80 degrees prior to your arrival. If you wish for the heat to increase, please contact us after you secure your booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
