The living area features a comfortable and chic sectional sleeper, swivel armchairs, and a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Glass sliding doors in both the living and dining areas lead to the expansive beach front balcony with chairs and outdoor dining table perfect for enjoying beverages and even dine al fresco while taking in the vistas of Perdido Keys shores.

The open concept flows right into the dining area, which seats 10 people between the dining table and bar area, and on to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator, double sink, granite countertops, a huge breakfast bar for entertaining, plenty of cabinet space, are provided to enable you to enjoy this home as if it were your own. There is a separate laundry area with full-size washer and dryer, overhead cabinets and shelving for groceries and other supplies.
