About this property

Enjoy this areas premier lake at a fraction of the cost by staying just a short walk away. This cottage is not directly on the lake, but only a short walk. From the moment you pull into the drive, you will begin to feel the stress of your day to day melt away.
This cottage is large enough to host a large group, with separate areas to gather in smaller groups and still enjoy everyone being together in one place.
The public boat launch is just a short walk from this home where our dock is located for your family to swim and fish from while also being able to take in breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset.
Just up the hill is the public beach area. Here you can also enjoy a pizza or some ice cream.
Hopefully you will only experience sunshine during your stay at the lake, but if bad weather should arise, there is still plenty to do at this home. There is a pool table, darts, arcade with 60 games, and most of the tv’s are set up with a Roku for you to watch any of your streaming accounts.
There is a grill, fire pit, and picnic table included for you to enjoy the outdoors during your stay.
Clear Lake is an all sports lake with an island where everyone gathers to enjoy the sandy bottom and unwind.
Please note that this is an older cottage. The water can be very hard and we would rather make you aware up front to help manage expectations. Internet at times has been known to go out and typically can be resolved quickly. It is still a great place that our family and other families have come to enjoy!
Should you have any issues during your stay, please notify me immediately so that I can try and resolve the issue ASAP and you and your family can return to relaxation.

Update. When filling out the profile, this home is a 4 bedroom that we do not rent out one of the rooms. Technically there are only 3 bedrooms available plus the other sleeping areas such as pull out couch, etc. All sleeping arrangements are listed correctly under each room and the 4th bedroom is not listed so please refer to that to ensure there is sufficient sleeping arrangements for your group. I am trying to correct this on the listing but unable to easily and wanted to be up front.

Wonderful place

Eric was very very helpful as we settled in to this place. It had everything we needed. The game room was fun. We will be back.

The place is just around the corner from the boat launch and beach. The Island is amazing and is the perfect place to spend the day swimming and exploring. Airplanes landing and taking off all the time on the lake is just one of the cool things you will experience. The sunsets are amazing and anything you may need is just a short drive away. Eric is a complete professional and very accommodating and he went above and beyond our expectations several times to ensure we had a great time. We don't vacation often but when we do we bring our dogs. It's sad the lack of places that will allow pets these days. Particularly a pit bull. Most campgrounds won't even allow a pit on the premises. This was a far better experience by far than any of the campgrounds we have visited. The listing for this rental does not mention the washing machine, so we planned on there being only a dryer since only the dryer was mentioned. There is also bunk beds in one of the bedrooms and a matchbox car playset that my 7yo absolutely loved. The grill is a very nice large propane grill. It's a great place to get together with family and friends. Only things I could recommend would be the option of a place to keep renters boats on the water while staying. Mabye even a pontoon boat rental option. I know some places charge as much as $500 for a day to rent a toon. An outside hot tub would bring us back sooner than later too.
