Amazing Knightville neighborhood is the best of all worlds. We are located next to the bridge to Portland and the South Port Marina. Quick walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, marina, and the Greenway trail. You can walk across the bridge and be in the city of Portland in 10 minutes. This clean and updated townhouse is on the second and third floors. Large bright rooms and fully equip newly renovated kitchen offer very comfortable living space. Large bedroom with a queen size bed and room darkening shades or a view of the sunrise! The pantry is stocked with the basics and we have fast reliable internet. This is a great neighborhood for walking, biking and there is always plenty of parking too.

I own several properties in the area and have used Airbnb in the past. This is my first time on VRBO.

Why they chose this property

This property is in an amazing location with lots to do day and night. Great for walking and biking but very easy driving and parking also. It is very safe and does not have a lot of car traffic due to the location on the peninsula. I love being able to walk to the market or for a coffee. The nearby park has amazing view of the waterfront and the Portland skyline. Beautiful beaches (Willard, Crescent, Higgins, Old Orchard etc) are nearby as well as Bug Light, Spring Point Light, and Portland Head Light lighthouses are a five minute drive away. Great area!!
