This handicap accessible private home is 5 miles from the beach, 12 miles from downtown Portland, and 9 miles from Portland International Jetport. The 6-year-old home is newly renovated, and has an all-season porch attached. The location is quiet and peaceful, and equipped with a generator. You will feel like you are in the countryside, yet close to everything. We offer weekly and monthly rental discounts. A 10% discount for a full week rental, 35% discount for monthly rental.

Another wonderful stay

We have been to this property before and were back again while we visited Maine. It's quiet, clean, cozy and convenient to so many things. We truly feel at home and and hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful forest view

This place has a very cozy sunroom off the master bedroom overlooking a beautiful field. The bedrooms are spacious. We were very comfortable here and had a great time visiting the beach and area amusement parks.

Great property and overall experience!

The property is great! I felt the location was perfect....gave us the feeling privacy but was also located within a few minutes drive to anything we needed or wanted to do. The owners were a pleasure to deal with...great communication and very friendly. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect location

We loved this secluded home. It was only a 10 minute drive from the Scarborough Fish & Game club where we competed in the Maine State Sporting Clays shoot. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We liked it and booked to go back in September!

Cozy, quiet, great stay!

Cottage was cozy and clean, perfect size for our family of 5 to spread out. Nice quiet location, close driving distance to so much. Great communication from property manager. Our favorite spot was the sunroom, we enjoyed watching for wildlife and playing card/board games. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you!

Very nice home

Very clean and comfortable! The home was equipped with everything needed! And the first property we have stayed at that was better than the pictures! Beds were all very comfortable, more than enough space in every room, and the fresh flowers on arrival were an awesome surprise! We will definitely be back!

Comfy and Cozy

This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. The location was awesome. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The vase of flowers welcoming us was sweet and thoughtful. The owners were kind and responded quickly when we asked a couple of questions. We would stay here again.

Quiet and Serene but close to everything!

This was the perfect home base for our annual Maine getaway! We were close to all the things we needed and wanted to do. The host was wonderful, and left us fresh flowers for our arrival. Coastal Maine Get-Away!

My sister and I took our 92 yr old mom on a mother/daughter trip to coastal Maine--we picked the perfect spot to stay! The home was located close to beaches, restaurants and attractions, yet was completely quiet, private and surrounded by nature. Although my mom is spry and active, it was nice to have everything on the ground floor and with a ramp to the front door. The kitchen was well equipped (so glad it had a Keurig coffee maker!) and having 2 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms was a much appreciated plus!

Beautiful home

The house was even better than the pictures. It was very clean, very cozy and a great location, close to so many places. They even had fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Had a wonderful time and hope to be back again next year!

Very Clean, Great Central Location

Very clean & tidy, appliances & all in good condition. Lots of the little things you need in the kitchen were present, unlike many rentals. Overall very good place to stay. We were day-tripping and this is an excellent location for that purpose. Very good value, and all-in-all a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Excellent property

This property is a central location for most activities. Everything is updated and exceptionally nice. The owner responds quickly, in fact I inquired as to which kind of coffee maker there was and it was the regular type and he responded again that he put a Keurig, as well. A very nice one, too. The yard was big enough for our grandson to play baseball. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in that area for a nice place to stay.

House was spacious with 3 separate bedrooms located in different ends of the house along with two full bathrooms. Kitchen was open to the dining area and living room and came with a full selection of pots and pans and spices to prepare meals. It was a perfect retreat in the country to relax.

Quiet country getaway with city and beach nearby

We rented this lovely home over the Thanksgiving weekend and it was everything we hoped for-quiet, clean, a well stocked kitchen of cookware and bakeware for preparing meals, plenty of room to relax, plenty of parking and wonderful attention to detail. Any questions we had were answered promptly and check-in/check-out was smooth. The home is located in the country, yet close to restaurants, the beach and nearby Portland if wanting to explore the area. We look forward to renting this lovely home again.

A very pleasant stay

We stayed there for a family wedding party in Scarborough about 10 minutes from the property. Everything was clean. The amenities were great. We had to do a little cooking and the dishes, pots and pans were ample. Nice bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Two of the beds were pretty soft but just fine for kids. The master bedroom had a nice firm mattress which is what I prefer. A quick text to let Zach know I arrived and he gave me a code to get in. Close to most everything. I would stay here again.

Family getaway

We recently spent 5 days at this property and really enjoyed it. The house is very clean and the setting is private, but you are very close to everything in Scarborough. I had an issue with the VRBO app on our way to the house and could not access our code for the front door and Zac responded to my email immediately. We also left an item behind and he did his very best to try to catch us before we were too far away and then graciously went out of his way to mail the item back to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is a great house with even better customer service!

TV & Water Issues

The tap water had a distinctive brown tinge to it for the first 3 days of our stay. As a result, we bought bottled water for drinking and cooking. Also, two of the three TVs did not work. The one with the combo DVD/VHS player wouldn’t play a new DVD. None of the 3 TVs were connected for broadcast TV. Luckily, I knew my Amazon Prime password, otherwise we would not have had any TV. However, other than those two nits, the rental was very nice, quiet, and well provisioned!

Excellent location and wonderful property

This might be a duplicate, but I am happy to post again since I was invited to. We enjoyed arriving to this property after a total of 2,000 flight miles. The early pictures did not do justice to the grounds. It was stunningly beautiful with Spring greenery and trees in the distance. The floorplan was perfect with the living room and kitchen in the center and 3 bedrooms off to 3 different sides of the house. The sunroom off of the master bedroom was perfect for some remote work - and for spotting an occasional deer. 2 full bathrooms with one accessible shower were good for rotation of our party. The location was excellent and close enough to everything from Portland (about 10 miles to the airport) to York (20 ish miles?) and everything in between (Old Orchard Beach about 7 miles for example). I would definitely stay again if in the area. Fresh flowers greeted us, too. It was lovely.
