Pre-arrival grocery service. Shop, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, bakery 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lauterbrunnen (by train)" 3.4 km, railway station "Wengen" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Cable car, skisport facilities 400 m, children's playground 150 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 13 km, Brienzersee 13 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Arrival via mountain railway. Arrival is only possible by train from Lauterbrunnen – 14 minutes driving time.

Spacious, rustic and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV and radio. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC, 2 Baths/showers/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). A wonderful return to Wengen.

We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Wengen but first time at this apartment. It was even better than expected and the balcony much larger than anticipated. The views were just as good as from our previous Hotel and the peace and tranquility much appreciated from our location in the village. Thank you Interhome for ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the comments. As a fully self-catered home away from home, we do not provide any consumable supplies whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. It is true there is no microwave, although an oven and other standard cooking facilities are provided. Heating is no longer operating after the winter season is done and tempering with the thermostat is not recommended. Please contact the keyholder for assistance with any equipment in the property, including TV. Since this review, all is in working order in this apartment. It would be our pleasure to welcome you again in our holiday homes. Kind regards, Interhome Group.

Voor de derde keer in dit ruime en gezellige appartement. Mooi uitzicht, rustig appartementencomplex, prachtige wandelingen mogelijk. Wel is er in de afgelopen 5 jaar geen onderhoud aan het appartement gepleegd. Droogrekje, terrasmeubels, vloerbedekking, matrassen zouden langzamerhand vernieuwd mogen worden.

Bei dieser Wohnung stimmt nahezu alles: die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Aussicht und vor allem die drei Schlafzimmer mit zugehörigen Badezimmern ermöglichen es, zu sechst einen erholsamen, stressfreien Urlaub zu verleben. Hervorheben möchten wir den Service vom Interhome Büro. Auf Nachfrage stellten uns die netten Damen eine Filterkaffeemaschine zur Verfügung, so dass uns beim Frühstück zu sechst der Eiertanz mit der Nespresso-Kapsel-Maschine erspart blieb.

Prima appartement in een rustige omgeving. Gelegen op de bovenste verdieping dus relatief weinig overlast van medebewoners. Wengen zelf wordt wel steeds drukker en ook de hoeveelheid benzine en dieselauto's van lokale bewoners neemt helaas toe.

We absolutely loved our stay at Roossihuus. The apartment is clean, well appointed and has beautiful views. We had the opportunity to meet some neighbors in the building and they were so friendly. The Interhome staff were also very helpful. We cannot wait for the opportunity to come back.

Great place, not great service

This was hard to review. Overall, the place was good. There were a number of things in the unit that didn't work (exhaust, towel dryer) but those were trivial. The management company used was definitely the least helpful across the 5 properties we visited while in Europe. Sort of cheaply, they didn't puts sheets on all the beds since we had 5 people and not 6 but of course that meant we had to redo the sheets to match our sleeping arrangements. No real help with restaurant ideas, stuff to do, etc. The office hours are fairly frustrating. So again, overall the place was great but I am not sure I would rent a property from the same management company again given the wonderful experience we received from other companies/apartments.
