Perfect for families! Beautiful beachfront, updated ground floor condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the No Drive Beach. Perfect location for guests who want to avoid the hassle of stairs or elevators.

This ground floor unit provides easy access to the pool, beach & BBQ grills through double sliding glass doors. Private porch/back deck is furnished with comfortable seating for lounging outside and enjoying the sunrise, sunset and view of the ocean. Spacious & open concept living space with great natural light, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and large table for dining. Well stocked kitchen, pack-n-play, beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent, and a variety of other beach toys provided. Multiple TV's throughout condo, private WIFI & in-unit washer & dryer for your convenience.

This beautiful condo has a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, large TV. and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 2nd bathroom has a shower next to the second guest bedroom with 3 twin beds, TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed with TV. The living room has updated flooring, comfortable sofas with 2 large screen TV's and is openconcept to the dining room and kitchen to enjoy family friendly meals or game nights.

Great for guests or families to enjoy the heated pool(winter), kiddie pool and green grass space for games while you relax after a day on the beach.

Clean and well organized for a family of 4-6 to stay. It has everything you need and checkin/out was simple. View the ocean from the porch. Easy access to pool and beach is next to the pool. I would stay here again. Host was great with communication.

Amazing Family Condo

Two families with 3 teenagers and a small child fit nicely into this unit. Perfect ground floor location, easy access to pool and beach. It’s 10 minutes from Flagler so we rented a golf cart and had dinner out each night. Kitchen and living space was perfectly designed. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo is located on no drive section of beach, perfect location. Condo has been renovated and the decor is well done and strikes the right balance of coastal/beachy while being clean and unfussy. Beds are comfortable and having washer/dryer in unit was invaluable. Traci was outstanding with her communication. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit!

Convenient and beautiful ocean-side ocean-view condo!

We’ve stayed at Seaward for decades and love the condo so much. It is so convenient to the ocean and has a beautiful pool with an ocean view. We’ve stayed in a variety of units here and this is one of the nicest and most comfortable. At ground level, it is super convenient to the parking lot, and the pool/ocean. There is a comfy couch on the porch and it was perfect for just enjoying the view. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and we hope to stay here again!

Spring break 2024

NSB is the place to be. We love the beach here. The condo was great. A few steps from the pool. Some grassy area for the kids to play! The condo is nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Plenty of dishes and cookware if you plan to cook alot which is nice. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit! We would definitely stay there again.

We used to visit NSB every summer when my parents were alive. We haven’t been back in 8 years. My adult children has good memories of our visits and wanted to go. This condo was perfect. Room for all. View of the pool and ocean. Quiet. We all had a wonderful time.

Great place for everyone.

We had a great stay at the Seaward. The condo was everything we wanted/needed and more. The rooms were plenty big enough, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We traveled with another family and there was plenty of room in the condo. Being on the ground floor was SO nice. Being able to just walk right out of the room and be on the pool deck/beach was very convenient. The condo complex was very nice and very well kept. The pool was always clean and there was a ‘family atmosphere’ to the place. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will be looking to book my next stay at the same place!

We enjoyed our stay. Layout was very nice for our family. Had plenty of kitchen appliances, pans etc. only things we would change is the master bed needs a new mattress. Huge bump in middle of mattress. Also needs a new washer. We would wash 2 towels at a time and dry 3 loads at once. Whith a family of 5 that takes a long time! Especially when you have to wash all towels prior to checking out.

Summer vacay at 301B

Thank you so much ladies. We had a wonderful two weeks with family and friends! Condo was lovely. We appreciated all of the little extras you have provided. The beach and pool were so accessible. And we really loved the EASE of unloading clothes and groceries right at the front door. Definitely would love to come back again. You have a special place at the beach. Side note you have a light out under the microwave. Also we were impressed with the work ethic of Melissa keeping the property in tip top shape. She is a keeper!

Short Beach Teip

Our family trip to the beach was shorter this year due to health issues of other family members. It is just not a vacation without going to the beach. The owners were very accommodating. The only issue was the keurig coffee maker needed cleaning but there was another coffee maker there we used. The owner responded promptly the only other issues was the sheets in the master bedroom had pilling on the sheets Other than that, things were great. Nice tv in the living room for watching TV. The condo was nicely decorated. Guests rooms were very nice. One room with two twins actually had two trundles as well. One of the sofas in the living room was a sleeper too, even though not needed. Also like that the init is ground floor and close to the pool. The complex was small to not be overly crowded. Having the no drive section of the beach was a plus. I would definitely stay again.

Great Christmas Stay

Our family loves NSB. We had to make a change from our old condo place because the former owner sold the unit. We have found our new condo home! Beautiful throughout with everything we needed. Even a surfboard! We are booking for next year today. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
