Perfect Family Getaway for 10 with game room just minutes away to Shaver Lake
Welcome to our Recreation Retreat!
Looking for that perfect getaway?
Come enjoy the Sierra National Forest and explore everything it has to offer. We invite you to enjoy our family cabin and take a quick drive to cool off at Shaver Lake. During the winter months we recommend you check out our local ski resort China Peak which is just a 20 mile drive out our front door. Enjoy our local shops and restaurants that are just minutes away and have lots to offer.
Our 2100 square foot cabin was recently updated and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Down stairs there is 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, large laundry room, and a cozy game room that will sleep up to 5 guests. The game room is a perfect option for families with kids as we have a beautiful barn door that will separate the living areas, and parents can enjoy a little quiet time. Off the back French doors you will find a nice deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air. You will find 2 spacious guest rooms, and a large master suite up stairs with 2 more full bathrooms. Our property has parking for up to 3 vehicles (during winter months 1 vehicle must be in garage due to snow plow). (Disclaimer: there are outdoor security cameras for the safety of the cabin as it sits empty when not rented)
Our goal is to make our cabin bring as much joy to families as it does to ours. We bought this cabin for our family of 4 just after the devastating creek fire. We fell in love with Shaver Lake in March of 2020 after renting a property during a beautiful snow storm. We've lived in the central valley for almost 15 years now and seeing our boys enjoy the scenery were memories we just wouldn't forget. We are a very active family and enjoy the lake life immensely. We look forward to teaching our boys to snow board, wakeboard and fish and enjoy the beautiful outdoors more than ever now. We are a quick 50 minute drive away, and hope your family will enjoy this cabin as much as we do!
