Appartement bien placé. Assez spacieux et agréable pour les zones communes. Salle d'eau que se partageaient 2 chambres (4 personnes) minuscule et peu pratique. Dotation de verres insuffisante pour 6 personnes et ne permettant pas d'inviter des amis à dîner.

Ideale Lage
Die grosszügige Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und doch in guter Nähe zum Dorf (mit Bähnli oder zu Fuss). Ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände (Sofa) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten ersetzt werden. Auf dem grossen Balkon mit guten Sonnenstoren kann man die schöne Aussicht geniessen.

l'emplacement de l'appartement est excellent pour l'utilisation des services publics. La tranquillité de la région augmente la qualité des vacances. Pour les familles nombreuses, il serait intéressant de proposer des remises pour encourager également les vacances en hiver.

magnifique appartement comme tous ceux de ce quartier du côté-ci de la voie du BVB. Un petit bémol, les canapés dont l'assise est trop basse. Il faut une grue pour en ressortir.
