Thank you Francisco for your lovely comments, its always good to hear that others appreciate the apartment as much as we do. I would give Francisco 5 stars for every category especially as the communication with him was great but the site is extremely unresponsive since the Christmas holidays and I'm unable to correct the site evaluation!

Hi Giulia, I'm sorry you that the beds seemed to be a problem, in the photos it appears clear to me that all the beds are singles apart from the double bunk bed. I will look at the description again to make it clearer. The towels are managed by our agent and I will contact them to check that the appropriate number are allocated. Unfortunately the ski lockers are standard size, I don't recall seeing any bigger ones and there are 2 for the apartment,. We realise that people frequently prefer to bring their boots upstairs in order to make sure they dry properly for the next day that's why we provide plastic trays for them in the apartment. If you have any suggestions for improvement I would be very happy to have them as we try our best to make it a comfortable experience for our guests. Thank you. Mary

Hi Prisca, I've just read your comment about the pool, I'm sorry I was unaware there was a problem, it was completely closed during your stay? It should have been accessible from 17.00-19.00, was there a notice saying why it was closed? Mary

Dear Sandro, This is a second reply. My original reply is below. In the mean time I have had feedback for our agent. They say that you were in contact with them with several questions, and never mentioned any issues of any sort to them. In addition, the agent says that you were given a paper with the keys, indicating how to connect them in the even of issues at your arrival. Why did you not do so when you discovered the issues? I would appreciate to have your feedback and also would like to understand why you waited so long to give any feedback on issues, and choose to only do so via the web site? We want all our visitors to enjoy their stay and want the highest standards. Nevertheless there were measures in place to address any issues, and it seems that you chose not to use them. As we are not on site ourselves we are relying on our agent, and normally they do a great job. Can you please let me know if you contacted them to inform them of this situation? If you had contacted us to inform us or complain we would of course have done what we could to rectify the problem directly. Now we are at a bit of a loss as to what to do. Neverthless we would be happy to give you a discount/refund in compensation. We know that you did not ask for this but we suggest to compensate you with a reimbursement of the 200CHF. Once again we sincerely regret the situation, but find ourselves in an impossible situation of trying to solve a problem we were not informed of in a way we could have tried to resolve it, and only learned of the issue from your evaluation.
