Ski in and out. The apartment is at the start of the tracouetlift. Great kitchen and 2 bathrooms is great with kids. The fornuture is a bit outdated. We had a great stay. I strongly recommend this appartement.

Very comfortable and next to the slopes

It was probably on of the best properties that I have booked for the last few years for skiing. The accommodation included 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony was huge. Mini kitchen included everything that you would need. The accommodation was literally next to the slopes. The host was very polite and helpful.Many thanks, hope to rent this accommodation again!

the apartment is perfect lu located at the foot of the track. the view from the balcony is wonderful. in terms of equipment, can do better: no soap, no wine glass, bad knives. The wifi connexion is of very poor quality, I had to work sometimes in the common hall.

Super Lage direkt an der Piste. Im Appartement alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten bequem. Nachmittags mit Sonne auf dem riesigen Balkon (fehlen nur die Liegestühle ;)). Kommunikation mit Gastgeber reibungslos. Skigebiet top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tres bon appartement identique a l'annonce mise a part que le seche linge mentionné se situe dans la laverie commune et non dans le logement comme on pourrait le penser.Il serait bien de preciser que l'utilisation de la machine a laver et seche linge sont payante avec des pieces de 1fr (40mn).nous avons passer un excellent sejour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.communication avec le propriétaire au top,clair et tres réactif dans les réponsesMerci mr monneaux

Belle semaine à Nendaz

Nous venons de passer une très belle semaine de ski à Nendaz. L’appartement était parfait pour notre famille très bien situé proche du centre et surtout à côté des pistes ce qui est très pratique avec les enfants. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande ce logement.

Direkt an der Piste Top Preis Leistung

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt direkt an der Piste / Gondelstation. Zum Bäcker nur 150m im Haus Christiana. Zum Einkaufen auch zu Fuß mit der kl. Standseilbahn zum Coop o. Migros. Die Küche ist neu mit hochwertigen Geräten Backofen, Herd, Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Es gibt Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Raquelettegrill, Käsefondue. Viel Geschirr u.Gläser, Schüsseln, scharfe Messer, Eierbecher, Teekanne....alles!!! Insges. 2 Bäder. Die Duschen in der Badewanne sind warm. Die Wohnung lässt sich gut heizen. Der Blick vom Balkon geht nach hinten raus, ruhiger u. Nachmittags Sonne auf dem Balkon. Seitlicher Blick hoch zur Piste. Neuer TV auch mit dt. Programmen , Netfilx tauglich. Gutes Wlan. Ein Schlafzimmer (160x200) mit eigenem Bad aber ohne Fenster, hat meine erwachsene Tochter nicht gestört. Anderes Schlafzimmer 160x200 u. Balkon. Weiteres mit Stockbett u. Balkon. Es gibt 2 kl Schränke für je 2 Paar Ski im Skikeller( Schlösser dazu in der Wohnung). Schuhe unten ausziehen u. zum trocknen mit hochnehmen. Parken in der unteren Garage von Christiana , wir kamen mit Audi A4 + Jetbag rein. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter, er hat auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Merci!

Vacances de ski

Magnifique semaine passée avec ma famille, appartement très propre et très bien équipé . Idéalement placé à quelques mètres des pistes de ski. Très bons échanges également avec le propriétaire très sympathique , qui a toujours rapidement répondu aux mails et donné toutes les infos nécessaires. Nous sommes très satisfaits, à refaire sans aucun doute!

Sehr toller Standort, gerade neben der wichtigen Bahn ins Skigebiet. Prima, 2 Badezimmer, Küche gut eingerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer hat es sehr alte Sofas. Überall hat es alte Teppiche, welche nicht so hygienisch sind. Wer weiss, wieviele Gäste mit den Schuhen darauf herumgehen. Ein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, also keine frische Luft im Zimmer.

L'appartement développe une façade de dix mètres de longueur, entièrement vitrée. De ce côté façade, on retrouve le salon, la salle à manger, une petite chambre et une grande chambre. Toutes ces pièces communiquent par une porte fenêtre avec un balcon orienté ouest. En parallèle à ces pièces, situé côté intérieur de l'immeuble, il y a une seconde rangée de pièces: une troisième chambre, deux salles de bain/WC, le hall d'entrée et la cuisine. Ces pièces n'ouvrent pas sur l'extérieur. Elles sont sous le contrôle d'un système de ventilation simple flux piloté par la centrale technique de l'immeuble. Au sol des chambres et du living, il y a des tapis. Au début de chaque saison un cleaning shampoing-vapeur est réalisé. La cuisine et les salles de bain sont carrelées. Tous les samedi, après chaque séjour, un entretien méticuleux de l'appartement est réalisé (entre 10h et 13h). Pour la décoration et l'ameublement, on a opté pour un intérieur que l'on a voulu plutôt chaleureux et cosy. Nous vous avons accueilli chez nous. On peut aimer, ou pas. Voir photos sur le site.

Direkt neben der Skipiste!

Tolle Skiferien im Apartment direkt neben der Skipiste, neben der Talstation und doch nahe von Restaurants und Einkaufen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist eher alt, die Fenster sollten einmal erneuert werden. Aber vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Hauswartin ist sehr nett. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer funktionierte sehr gut via E-Mai. Alle Fragen und Anliegen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Insgesamt tolle Ferien 👍

superbe emplacement

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, le logement donne directement accès aux pistes, ce qui est un gros plus. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement, il est spacieux et est parfait pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Le seul point négatif serait la moquette qui pourrait être remplacée par un revêtement plus hygiénique. Le contact, par mail, avec Jean-Claude a toujours été parfait. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
