Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, La Crettaz" 600 m, railway station "Sion" 15.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 2 km, skisport facilities 1.6 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 1.6 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Le Hibou", 4-room chalet 102 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, cable TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position, large terrace 20 m2, north facing position and west facing position, small patio, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Le Hibou Haute Nendaz

Met zes volwassenen hebben we een fantastische week in Le Hibou gehad. Het chalet heeft een panoramisch uitzicht en een heel ruim terras met ligbedden, stoelen en tafels. De locatie is op loopafstand van de winkels, het centrum en vele mooie wandelroutes. De inrichting is van alle gemakken voorzien incl. bbq, raclette sets, xbox, spelletjes en aparte tv hoek. We gaan zeker nog eens terug naar deze unieke plek!

Agréable chalet

Le chalet est très bien positionné, non loin du bisse… et pour rejoindre à pied le centre du village. On si s’en bien avec des ondes positives… (ce n’est pas le cas dans toutes locations). La nuit on y dort bien. La terrasse est grande et l’avant-toit relativement large donc bien pensé pour donner une part d’ombre tout le tour et en cas de pluie permet de rester à l’extérieur. Certes le mobilier est vétuste mais on y pense plus vu que l’atmosphère est bonne.

Chalet vétuste et peu confortable. Les canapés sont poussiéreux et sales, les fauteuils pas confortables, les chaises pareils et l’ensemble est entièrement à refaire. C’est la première fois que la qualité de la location ne fallait pas le prix . Je ne recommande pas cette location, vraiment déçu.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Chalet très bien situé. Très calme. Belle vue. Nous avons trouvé que l heure du départ à 10h le matin est assez stressant avec des enfants.

Ce chalet est très agréable. Une belle pièce à vivre, spacieuse avec une vue panoramique sur les massifs montagneux.. Nous conseillons ce chalet et y retournerions volontiers

Superbe séjour

Très beau chalet, la descente d'escaliers pour aller aux chambres est un peu pentue. Une barrière de sécurité pourrait être mise en place. La deuxième salle de bain est très petite, juste un petit lavabo avec wc mais la douche est à part. Sinon tout y est. La situation est très bien. On a une belle vue sur la plaine.

Fondue Gabeln haben gefehlt. Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt, Plus Zulauf Rohr defekt. Zuviele Kabel die rumliegen. Betten zum Teil defekt. Kopf und Bein Teil fehle8. Ein Lattenrost Brett rausgefallen. Matratzen müssen erneuert werden. Lichtschacht im Bad war voller Dreck. Preis Leistung für die 4 Nächte ist zu hoch. Holzkohlegrill war viel zu klein für 5 Personen. Im Badezimmer ist eine Lampe defekt. Fenster und Türen gingen zum Teil sehr streng.

Ruime chalet, prachtig uitzicht

Ruim, comfortabel chalet met prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig heb een meer. Goed WiFi, grote tank met warme water, veel comfortable zitplaatsen. Weg naar huis laatste 100m is klein, een met sneeuw een 4x4 of sneeuwkettingen nodig.

Prima prijs/prestatieverhouding

Huis is netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken. Mooi uitzicht. De relatief grote woonkamer bestaat uit een televisiehoek en een aparte zithoek. Voor ons was dit de reden om voor dit huisje te gaan en de verwachting is waargemaakt. De grote eettafel was prettig om aan te zitten met ons gezin van vijf personen. De bedden zijn redelijk comfortabel. Er is genoeg warm water voor dagelijkse douche voor vijf personen, maar dan is het wel op. Alleen 's nachts wordt er warm water gemaakt in de boiler. Het dorpje Nendaz ligt op ruim 1200 meter hoogte. De route vanaf Sion is niet ingewikkeld, maar kost wel rond de 20 minuten. In het dorp is een uitgebreide supermarkt en zijn er wat restaurants. Alle prijzen zijn op z'n Zwitsers, dus schrik niet.
