Our deepest apologies the condition of the carpet did not meet your expectations. We had the carpets professionally cleaned on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and the appearance and smell is significantly improved. We will also address the dripping bathtub. We appreciate your suggestion regarding updated flooring and we will share your feedback with the homeowner for consideration of new flooring.
