This is a great house in Ouray! It comfortably fit us and our pet and we felt at home the entire time. It was in a great location, it was clean, and communication was great. We will definitely be staying there again when we go to Ouray!

We had the best 5 day stay up from Denver. Perfect location and quiet. We had a bear a couple nights but was warned by a nice neighbor to be watchful as someone in another rental left some trash out. No surprise, but we felt safe and the house was very comfortable for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. The kitchen was a great size and had everything we needed to cook in for dinner and breakfast a few times. Having 2 bathrooms on each floor was very convenient too. It was clean and spacious for such a historical house. We will definitely be back next summer and glad we found this place to celebrate our son’s 21st Birthday.

Overall, we had a great experience. We loved the location. There were just a few minor things that needed a bit of repair, such as one of the ceiling fans and some small cracks in the showing tile, but overall we got what we needed. We had a great time!

Perfect place for a Ouray visit!

Very comfortable convenient place for a group or family to stay in Ouray. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the hot springs. We loved the large kitchen area and the porch seating to take in the views!

Ouray has been a favorite destination of my wife and me for nearly 30 years. The rental property was perfect for my wife and me and her sister joined us on the trip as well. We appreciated the pet friendly policy as well.

Excellent location

Very short to walk into town, good parking. Nice quiet location, had all the conveniences we needed. Very clean, also nice to have the hummingbirds visit the flowers off the front porch.

Home was comfortable and bright with plenty of room for everyone.Very clean and well stocked.One block from Main Street, easy walk to almost everything including Box Canyon and Perimeter Trail.

Close to everything!

Great location for walking to downtown, to Box Canyon, to the hot springs, very quiet street—we slept with windows open undisturbed through the night. We had a lovely stay.
