We, three couples stayed four nights and we loved the Cozy Ranch House, as we enjoyed the awesome view. Our next stay, next year, we will request additional towels, we could of washed/ dryed, but we were busy UTVing and we never asked for additional. It all works out.Great parking and easy to get to.Kitchen was well equipped and very clean.Beds were comfortable with good linens.Jeremy was quick to reply to questions.Will be back!ThanksJerri

The property was beautiful inside and out. We loved the location. It was an excellent space for our truck and trailer. The home had everything we would need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host was great about getting us any needed information for check in and out.

Million dollar view, nice house, great place for base camp if you are sightseeing in the area. This is a beautiful area! Telluride, Ouray, Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would love to stay here again if I ever get back to beautiful Ridgeway.

This house was perfect for our needs! Close to both ridgeway and ouray, yet it felt like we were fairly secluded. As nice as the house was, the view was the best part!

Perfect location, Plenty of room!

The cabin was just as described or better! There was plenty of room for 5 adults. The view is amazing and the location is so central to all activities. We enjoyed the quietness of Ridgway! We would definitely stay here again.

The house and location was great. Perfect location and closes to trails for riding are side by side and lots of parking for trailers . Would loved to have T V in bedrooms. Wonderful place to stay.

This place was perfect for us. Alone and peaceful, but close to everything. The views were amazing. Well stocked and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Prairie Paradise

Our family enjoyed watching the wildlife on the property. The prairie dog town, the elk, birds an other animals made our stay such a joy. Not to mention the view and the attention to detail within the home. Thanks for sharing your place with some thanks folks. Would absolutely recommend others to stay at this location.

Great property

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet but close to town. We have stayed in the area quite a few times and really enjoyed the amenities offered. We saw numerous deer and elk during our June stay. If we get the chance to stay again, we would.
