We would like to introduce you to definitely one of the most special Pensacola Beach Home vacation rentals on the market today... Surf and City! This is a modern design home, built with concrete and steel pillars rising above the surroundings to provide an unbelievable experience for the beach traveler.
The home includes but is not limited to - a stunning balcony pool (heating available, $50 per day) that has an overlook of the beach and the commercial district, Elevator, modern kitchen and appliances, steps to the beach with a dedicated access point, pool table room on top floor with bunks, and much more.

This house is for the discerning traveler who expects a modern design and step above even the nicest of beach homes. This house since introduced in Spring of 2021 has quickly become a sell out with return guests and 5 star reviews.

The most attractive aspect of the beach home is the great location. This is literally walking distance to the restaurants, bars, cafes, corner gas/grocery store, and the Pensacola Beach boardwalk. Additionally, the house is in the beginning of the residential district with a straight path to the beach with plenty of beach space both to the East and West. The house was designed to maximize both Beach views and the beautiful Island surrounding views. This is not the house for a group of 20, this is for a moderately large size group 10-14 will be quite comfortable. This is an upper end construction home, with no expense spared and the feel of luxury. Give this house a chance for your best Pensacola Beach vacation!

Overall the house was great. Walking to the beach was great. Only two slight complaints, for a house that accommodates so many guests, there isn't really a good room to congregate in, but that did not affect our fun. Second, check in is not until 5 PM and check out is 10 AM. When paying this much for a home, you are basically paying full price for a partial day.

Says pet friendly, but the landscape is NOT!!! The area is sand and therefore the sand burs are everywhere. We arrived at night and did not see them until it was too late. Spent 30 minutes digging out sand burs from the pads of our dog's feet!!!

That’s definitely not the welcome we want for our four-legged guests, and we completely understand how upsetting it must have been to spend time pulling burrs from their paws, especially after arriving at night. While the natural sandy landscape is part of the island environment, we absolutely can and should do better about managing burs in the immediate areas where guests walk their pets. We’ve already passed this along to our team so we can inspect and treat the yard more frequently and better communicate the best pet-walking areas to future guests. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and still rating your stay 4 stars. This house was perfect for our entire group-ages 9-70, and the elevator was fortuitous as one of the group was suddenly on crutches. Access to the beach, funky restaurants, spa services, and heated pool were all amenities greatly enjoyed. Wonderful place!

We do get a lot of bugs/creatures down here on the beach in the panhandle, however we have exterminator contracts for all of our properties. Fun beach house in Pensacola

We rented the beach house for our daughter’s graduation. The house was great! It has a pool on the 3rd floor that everyone thought was fun. One block from the beach! You can pretty much walk to restaurants and shopping nearby. Great location. Freddie the Transporter is next door too if you meed a ride somewhere!

Amazing Home

My family had the best time and a great vacation. This house was super clean and was well cared for. We had all the amenities as outlined in the description. Beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect for my kids and they enjoyed that it was heated. Great communication with the management company. Truly exceptional vacation rental.

Gorgeous New Home!

We were lucky enough to be the very first guests to stay in this beautiful home! It was clean, every inch was decorated beautifully, and the appliances are all high-end products. The location could not be better!! If we needed help, or an answer to a question, the management company was always available! We would definitely rent this home again!!

We will even do extra spraying when needed, unfortunately these palmetto bugs are an issue on our beaches and at certain times like after heavy rains we seem them more often. Perfect Spot in Paradise

So healing and wonderful! Just a short walk to the beach this house towers over all others with an exquisite view from every window. Definitely would recommend and return sometime. I do believe the elevator causes some electrical issues but they were super quit to get someone out to fix.

Great Winter Vacation

The house was very clean and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Could use one or two larger skillets. Pool was clean and warm and all of the bathrooms in the house were spa quality. The beautiful sandy front yard was almost completely covered in yard waste (brush, branches, bushes, etc). Other than that, it was a great stay!

Beach adjacent gem has it all

Property was close to flawless! Stones throw from the beach, amazing views from every floor. Clean. Well designed and furniture was high end modern coastal. Pool is the perfect complement to the beach, even has some shade when you’ve had enough sun. Would’ve been nice to know about what beach accessories were available ahead of time to plan better. When we stayed there was plenty of chairs but no umbrellas. Wifi was hit or miss but not a focal point for us. Overall great house that pretty much has it all and was thoughtful about the end user across every detail of the property. Definitely would return!

Everything was perfect! Location was great! Walking distance to so much! House was even prettier in person! Elevator is extremely small but husband has a smaller manual wheelchair so he was able to use it. Master shower was large enough for his shower chair. Loved the pool! Was only able to use it two days then it seemed like it wasn't warm. Granted it was January and colder so we totally understand. Communication was great!! She was very quick to respond! Would definitely Love to come back in the summertime!!

First let me say we truly enjoyed this property. We normally stay in condos on beach and with this house being just a block off beach I was concerned with public access to beach chairs and Umbrellas availability. Access was not issue and you can find someone privately to set up chairs for you and its about the same walk as a condo. Beach access point was not crowed like the condo area, actual less congested. House was great, but do remember they state that the house is made for 14, I'd say not 14 adults. One other thing to consider is the stairs. A lot of stairs for you who have issues climbing them. yes elevator is on property but we used it more for send items up and down the 3 floors. Little small, but it is a house elevator. Amazing place to stay and perfect location!

Easy to walk everywhere, also near trolley stops. It is a quick and easy walk to an uncrowded section of the beach. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but a great place to relax. We used the pool more than the beach. It was great that half was under cover and half was open, so we could be in our out of the sun depending on our mood. The house has a great layout for any group. Lots of windows, very bright. Rooms were large and bathrooms as well. Every room has their own bath and then a half bath in the living area. Very nicely decorated, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. Cons: Check in at 5pm and check out at 10am is tough, you’ve lost almost a full day that you’re paid for. I know this is a large house, but I paid $515 for a cleaning fee, that should allow enough people to be hired to clean the house for a shorter window of 11am/4pm. Also, for the cost, they definitely skimped on supplying basic necessities. One small roll of toilet paper per bath, one roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, no laundry detergent, no beach chairs or beach towels. We know this is a short term rental and they don’t supply everything, but I’ve stayed in cheaper places that supplied more. Especially beach chairs and beach towels for a house a block from the beach. These cons wouldn’t stop me from renting this place again, as it was amazing and it totally deserves the 5 stars that I’m giving it. It would just be an inexpensive way to provide goodwill to guests.

Our family truly loved the place.

When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working. It was almost 3 hours before I was able to go to the third floor, the main living area and pool. It was beautiful and everything my family was looking forward to. But, the elevator was a constant problem, either because of size or non functioning more than once. And, I could not access any of the bathrooms. My husband and I had to leave and go back home our first night. Luckily, we are local and our boys were able to get us reservations at the hotel next door! Your staff was extremely kind and your maintenance, Vinnie, was beyond a valuable employee! He was an answer to prayer. But, all in all, the place is wonderful, it just isn’t accessible, as stated on the website. That really needs to be addressed, because the next person may not be so blessed to be local and have the ability to pay for a hotel room, on top of the cost of the house.

Beautiful property. Perfect for our family of 8. Loved the small elevator. Kitchen was great! Accidentally left my cutting board so now the house has one. WiFi signal is weak in bedrooms, fine in family room where the router is.

Nice location/ plenty of room

Overall we had a nice time. We were in town for business so this gave us plenty of room and bathrooms for employees. The kitchen was nice to have to use. Our only issues with the property were, we arrived home Tuesday night to no power on floor 1 and 2 I called the after hours and no help and the solution was to send an electrician in morning. I asked about breakers and switches but he didn’t help. Eventually I found a breaker tripped on second floor balcony. Which the second floor exterior door never locked for us, never felt unsafe but security risk because there was a flight of stairs near this door.

NOT ACCESSIBLE!!!!!

This property is NOT accessible, yes there is an elevator that NO wheelchair can fit in, the bathrooms have no accessible shower as there is a 4 inch curb in front of everyone, the rental company purchased a what they call ramp for the shower there is no way anyone could push someone in a shower chair over that ramp without doing bodily injury. My husband and I reserved the house and due to my husband being a quadriplegic and not having a shower to use we booked a room at the hotel next door, my husbands family had to physically transfer him to a dining room chair to cram him into the elevator to be able to spend time with his family as we had travel from Washington state to Pensacola for a family vacation. I then could only get my husbands 400 lb wheelchair on the elevator with the footrests up as the elevator is 3 ft x 3 ft and only holds two average adults standing!!! this had to be done every time we wanted to visit family at the ACCESSIBLE house we had rented. This is a farce and a lie and should not be allowed!!!!!
