We are offering a BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED 2 Bed/2 Bath Corner Unit Condo located steps from Vanderbilt Beach and on the bay with gorgeous panoramic views of the bay and stunning sunset set views of the gulf. This modern and elegant unit underwent a complete kitchen renovation with quartz countertops, raised ceiling, under cabinet lighting, appliances and with beautiful Tigerwood flooring through out the unit. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen to sleep 4 people comfortably. 4 additional visitors are welcome to stay as the couch and love seat in the master convert into 4 twin size sleepers. Beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street and a heated saltwater pool is on site.
This 8 unit boutique condo is a peaceful oasis located within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment at the La PLaya, The Turtle Club, The Ritz-Carlton and more. Delnor-Wiggins Pass is also a short walk away and nearby shopping can be enjoyed at the Mercato.
RENTERS MUST SIGN A one time RENTAL AGREEMENT THAT INCLUDES AN AMERICHECKUSA Screening per condo association rules and pay a $150 processing fee to Paradise Property of Naples in order to rent through VRBO.

Perfect in every way

The condo was spotless and well equipped. Melissa was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The view was spectacular bayside and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed the pool. Just walk across the street for the beach. We watched the sunset from the front balcony. It was a very enjoyable vacation.
