This modern and elegant unit underwent a complete kitchen renovation with quartz countertops, raised ceiling, under cabinet lighting, appliances and with beautiful Tigerwood flooring through out the unit. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen to sleep 4 people comfortably. 4 additional visitors are welcome to stay as the couch and love seat in the master convert into 4 twin size sleepers. Beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street and a heated saltwater pool is on site.
This 8 unit boutique condo is a peaceful oasis located within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment at the La PLaya, The Turtle Club, The Ritz-Carlton and more. Delnor-Wiggins Pass is also a short walk away and nearby shopping can be enjoyed at the Mercato.
