Everything about our stay was wonderful! Nigel is the best host we've ever encountered. Everything was provided for our comfort and enjoyment...from a fully equipped kitchen to beach toys. Very responsive and just great in every way. Highly recommend.

A great place for a family vacation

This property and the owner of this vacation property were great. The property was well appointed and had everything you need to make it a pleasure to stay for vacation. The owner Nigel was great to work with. I would stay at this property again. This place is a 10.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

The condo was beautiful, well furnished, comfortable and its location couldn’t have been better. Lots of restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Our host, Nigel, responds immediately and kept us apprised of events in the condo complex that might be of interest to us. We enjoyed it so much, we’re booked again for next year.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location.

The condo is spacious and is well-appointed and is close to fabulous restaurants and shopping. The owner cares that you're comfortable and responds immediately to your concerns or questions. We recently had a family emergency and he went above and beyond to help us. This was our second year and we hope to go back again next year.

Beach Walk is a great location

very comfortable.....only real shortcoming was lighting that made reading at night difficult. We bought a few lightbulbs to correct this situation

Perfect Naples Retreat

We had an AMAZING stay at this BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS condo! It was just a 10 minute WALK to Vanderbilt Beach! This unit included a stroller that easily carried the supplied umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler(s). It was in a terrific location…just a 5 minute drive to Mercato, a 15 minute drive to downtown Naples, and a 3 minute drive to Publix. We loved taking walks in the mature, gated, secure community. We also spent many days at the well maintained pool..super close to our condo. The kitchen was fully stocked…a must for an extended stay! The KING sized bed was super comfortable as well! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. Lastly, Nigel was an awesome & dependable Host. We look forward to future stays!!!!

Beautiful condo-great location

My husband and I had a wonderful two month stay at Nigel’s condo. Everything was perfect! The condo had everything we needed from a beach cart to a wagon to help you carry in groceries to plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed. The kitchen had every needed utensil right up to a cheese slicer and a Ninja blender! The lanai is very private and we spent many evenings out there. My husband used the third bedroom as an office. There is everything you need to work including a monitor and printer. Nigel was very quick to take care of any little problems that popped up! I would consider him a super host. He kept in touch with me throughout our stay. Also, the location was perfect. It is close to the beach, Mercato and the grocery store. We would stay there again!

Wonderful community / condo close to Beach

There are so many great things about this property. First, the owner was extremely responsive to all our inquiries and requests and very accommodating. The community is very well maintained and beautiful. The condo is a 1/2 mile walk to the beach which was so wonderful and a quick mile walk to restaurants, french bakery and grocery store. The condo was well-equiped with all you need in the kitchen, bath and beach. Another added bonus is the 3rd bedroom is set up beautifully for remote work including monitor and printer.
