This delightfully charming condo was created for those looking for a serene and tranquil setting while having convenient access to all of Naples enticing amenities.
The sights from the lanai gives our guests the most sought after views of the lake with the bubbling fountain offering a tranquil background setting. Whether dining or simply reading a book in the lanai, it is an experience which one would not soon forget.
Wiggins Lake and Preserve offers their community members the choice of 2 large heated pools and tennis courts. The envied location makes trips to endless shopping centers take only minutes. Vanderbilt Beach is less than 5 minutes away, while numerous dining opportunities are equally as close.
The spacious condo has two separate bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in closet. Access to the lanai is also a key feature of the Master Bedroom.
The second Bedroom has 2 twin beds with a large closet and located next to the 2nd bathroom and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. These meals can be enjoyed in a number of different settings. The bar has seating available along with the dining room, but the area most desired to enjoy your meal is on the lanai. There is also an electric barbeque available for those wish to do some grilling.
The condo has been fully furnished with everything required to take the worry away from your day to day living. There is everything from beach towels to TV's in every room along with WiFi and high speed internet.

Wiggens Lake condo

We enjoyed our stay at Wiggens Lake. We loved the location! Lots of restaurants close by and a short drive to Mercato and Waterside shops. Easy to get downtown from there too. The condo looked just like the photos. I loved all the natural light that came through the lanai and in the master bedroom. The owner responded quickly to my questions. We would stay at Wiggens Lake again.

Our experience at this condominium was nothing short of excellent! Perfect location for us. Unit was spotless when we arrived. Appliances are all high end. Owner is very responsive. The garbage disposal was plugged when we arrived. A plumber was called and it was replaced, on a Sunday! Highly recommend this unit!

The condo was very much nicer than we expected. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. It was very spacious and the outdoor space was lovely. I cannot say enough about this hidden treasure! You are just 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches you could ever wish for! Great shopping and the best restaurants are just around the corner. Did I mention the beautiful lake just outside your balcony with an awesome relaxing waterfall. These owners thought of everything you could possibly need and have it all ready for your use. Just bring yourself and your personal items they have taken care of all the rest. This community is quite, well kept and most of all SAFE. Do not hesitate to secure this property for your next stay in Naples, I absolutely adore these owners and their property!

Tranquil, relaxing and convenient!

We had an overall amazing experience. The pictures did not do the condo justice....it was better than what we had envisioned. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were extremely attentive and accommodating to our needs. You could not ask for a better location in Naples. Amenities were very close and the beach is only a short walk away. The community had 2 pools to choose from and one was less than 50 steps away from our door. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the owner even found some bicycles for us to use despite it not being part of the agreement. I would highly recommend this condo and location for anyone looking to escape the snowy north or just looking for a quiet getaway. Naples is an amazing location in Florida and the weather can’t be beat. We are looking forward to staying here again!

This property is a piece of paradise. The pictures that are here cannot possibly do it justice. This property is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Enjoying our coffee with the view of the lake each morning was a beautiful way to start each day. We enjoyed having the two heated pools just steps away from our door. They were clean and very well maintained. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, lacking for nothing. We enjoyed great shopping and fabulous beaches just minutes away. The owners were wonderful and so helpful with everything. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Peter and family for making this a memorable vacation.
